SAP Service Delivery Manager

For a job based in Brussels, Equans is looking for a SAP Service Delivery Manager (SDM) with abilities to manage all IT services in order to maintain SAP Alliance (SAP ERP ECC 6.0 and satellites).

In this role, you additionally maintain an overview of all ongoing projects on SAP Alliance and support SAP technical projects (upgrades, migrations, carve outs, etc.)
In lead of all keep-it-running & maintenance services and maintaining service levels towards the business, you coordinate with SAP domain leads to achieve the best results for the SAP service and ongoing projects.
You are the key person for the business and our own IT organization regarding SAP Alliance.

  • you manage service transition & handover towards new SAP support partner

What do you need?

  • a bachelor or master’s degree in IT or equal by experience
  • ideally, an ITIL-certification (or comparable ITSM framework certifications)
  • minimum experience of 5 years in SAP Service Delivery, SAP project management or other SAP lead positions
  • a detailed understanding of SAP ERP – functional and technical
  • a good understanding in SAP System Architecture
  • can follow/advise on guidelines and best practices in relation to SAP & ITSM
  • able to provide solutions that are highly scalable, extensible, and easy to maintain while keeping the overall end-user experience in mind
  • able to report transparently
  • have strong ethics, interpersonal skills, and can engage in continuous learning
  • able to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple requests and internal clients

Change & User Adoption Manager

To join our team in Brussels, we are seeking a Change & User Adoption Manager.

In this role…

  • you become part of a team of 5 change managers (“The change musketeers”). This team is part of a recent and dynamic team of about 180 analysts, architects, developers, SDMs, service coordinators, PL’s …
  • you support changes to IT systems and processes to ensure the successful adoption by end-users. End-users include exempts, office workers and technicians in the field
  • you develop and maintain a comprehensive user adoption plan based on your experience and on the draft methodology that we’re establishing. You contribute to the further creation and standardization of our methodology

Product Owner Service NOW (ITSM Tooling)

For our IT department, located in Brussels, Equans is looking for an experienced Product Owner ITSM Tooling (with a focus on ServiceNow) and willing to be part of an ongoing adventure.

As a Product Owner ITSM Tooling you are in charge of:

Les missions confiées auront pour objectif de définir et déployer la gouvernance des éditeurs de logiciels et des fournisseurs de services et d’infrastructure informatiques.

  • Etablir le plan pluriannuel des chantiers de gouvernance des partenaires IT aligné sur la feuille de route de la DSI Groupe

Mise en place d’un centre d’expertise Software Asset management

  • Assistance à la réalisation des audits de conformité logiciels et prestations d’expertise SAM au près des entités opérationnelles du Groupe
  • Accompagnement des fonctions métiers pour l’évaluation des besoins et impacte de licences logiciels dans le cadre des études de projets.
  • Animation de la communauté des correspondants SAM dans le cadre de la réalisation du plan SAM du groupe

PROFIL RECHERCHE

  • Vous avez plus de 5 années d'expérience sur ce type de poste ou un poste similaire
  • Expérience en service delivery management ou contract management préférable
  • De bonnes connaissances en contrôle de gestion sur un budget IT seront fortement appréciées 
  • Bonne aisance relationnelle

Contexte : 

Afin d’accompagner la croissance de nos activités, nous recrutons un Directeur/trice de Synthèse Architecturale BIM (F/H) 

De ce fait, vous allez intégrer le pôle Synthèse Architecturale chez SXD. 

Plus particulièrement, rattaché au Responsable de pôle, vous mènerez des projets de Synthèse Architecturale afin d’optimiser les études et la construction des projets de nos clients. 

Vos missions : 

  • Management de projets Synthèse Architecturale : production en interne et en externe  
  • Détection et gestion des conflits au sein des modèles BIM 
  • Préparer, présider, diriger la réunion de coordination et les comptes rendus 
  • Tenir à jour une liste des modèles BIM et leurs statuts 
  • Etablir les procédures d’assurance qualité des modèles 
  • Administrer les systèmes de partage et la publication des documents et des modèles 
  • Participation aux offres commerciales  
  • Coordination de lots architecturaux sur un ou plusieurs projets 
  • Garantir la qualité technique des missions, du respect des délais et des budgets  
  • Assurer les échanges et le suivi du projet auprès du client   

Votre profil : 

Vous avez un diplôme d’architecte, une expérience en synthèse BIM de minimum 8 ans sur des projets de grande ampleur. Vous avez acquis de l’expérience en bâtiment et/ou industriel en phase exécution en matière de coordination de modèles BIM en synthèse architecturale.  

Habitué à travailler sur plusieurs projets simultanément, vous souhaitez mettre à profit cette expérience vous permettant d’analyser les conflits architecturaux, proposer des solutions et réaliser des études d’exécution. Vous maîtrisez les outils Revit, AutoCAD, Naviswork ou Solibri Model Checker.  

Vous avez une bonne capacité de synthèse et de la rigueur et aimez le travail en équipe. L’autonomie et la polyvalence font partie de vos qualités ainsi que votre capacité à fédérer et mener à bien vos projets. Votre expertise en gestion de projet vous permet d’échanger avec tous les acteurs du projet pour optimiser l’avancée des projets.

Chef de projet technique Cloud (H/F)

La DSI Groupe d’Equans est organisée autour de Lignes de Service Partagés qui délivrent des services globaux à l’ensemble des entités du groupe. La Ligne de Service Partagé Infrastructure (appelée SLS Infrastructure) de la DSI groupe Equans fournit des services relatifs au cloud public (AWS et Azure) et réseau (réseau d’interconnexion des entités, connexion sécurisée des tiers au réseau Equans, et des services réseaux globaux comme le DNS, l’IPAM ou la connexion à distance pour les collaborateurs en mobilité ou en télétravail).

Au sein de la SLS Infrastructure, le Chef de Projet Technique Cloud est en charge du pilotage des projets de la SLS. Il peut s’agir soit de projets portant sur le périmètre des services de la SLS (Cloud et Réseau) soit de projets impliquant d’autres SLS comme des projets applicatifs ayant une composante Cloud et / ou Réseau, dans ce dernier cas, le Chef de Projet Technique sera en charge du pilotage des travaux sur le périmètre de la SLS Infrastructure et de la coordination avec le Chef de Projet de la SLS pilote du projet et, le cas échéant avec les autres intervenants des autres SLS.

Responsabilités

Le Chef de Projet Technique cloud est responsable de :

  • L’initialisation du projet (préparation et planification, mobilisation des contributeurs, mise en place de la gouvernance)
  • Piloter la réalisation du projet (délai, coût, qualité)
  • La bonne mise en production du projet Pour cela il/elle travaille en collaboration avec les Architectes Cloud et Réseau de la SLS, les Gestionnaires de Service et les Responsables de domaine Cloud et Réseau. Il/elle se coordonne également avec le demandeur et avec ses alter ego au sein des autres SLS en cas de projet complexe impliquant plusieurs SLS. Les projets peuvent suivre soit la méthodologie cycle en V soit la méthodologie agile.

Activités principales

  • Planifier le projet et suivre le planning
  • Identifier et la mobiliser les contributeurs au projet
  • Mettre en place et l’animation des comités de gouvernance (comité projet, comité de pilotage)
  • Préparer et animer la réunion de lancement
  • Réaliser la coordination avec les parties prenantes (demandeur/bénéficiaire du projet, contributeurs des autres SLS)
  • Piloter les risques (identification, analyse, identification des plans de contingentement, suivi des plans)
  • Piloter le budget (suivi des coûts), le cas échéant du suivi du business case s’il y en a un
  • Réaliser la communication vers le management de la SLS et le leadership IT Equans
  • Suivre la création et le suivi des tickets dans ServiceNow nécessaires à la réalisation du projet (demandes de service, demande de changement)
  • Suivre la livraison des livrables et leurs réception (recette) et la documentation du projet
  • Suivre la recette technique du projet
  • Suivre la mise en production du projet
  • Suivre le transfert de responsabilité vers les équipes de fourniture des services récurrents

Les compétences techniques et fonctionnelles que nous recherchons : 

  • Maîtrise des infrastructures Cloud public (AWS et Azure) : IaaS, PaaS, CaaS, FaaS
  • certifications de type Architecte souhaitées
  • Maîtrise des infrastructures réseau (SDWAN/WAN, services réseau des opérateurs de cloud public, DNS, LAN, WLAN, Pare feus)
  • Bonnes connaissance des autres domaines d’infrastructure IT : poste de travail, gestion des identités (AD, AAD, SSO, MFA), Messagerie et collaboration (O365) et de la Cybersécurité
  • Bonne connaissance d’ITIL et des processus de Gestion de la demande > Projets > Mise en Production/Gestion des changements > Opérations
  • Forte capacité organisationnelle et de coordination d’équipes pluridisciplinaires et multiculturelles (Equans est une entreprise présente en Europe, Amériques et Asie et l’infogérant est localisé en Inde)
  • Maîtrise des fondamentaux des démarches de réalisation de projet en cycle en V et en agile (ou cycle en V itératif)
  • Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec un infogérant qui sera impliqué dans la phase de cadrage et réalisera une partie des travaux des projets
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais à l’écrit et à l’oral (la majorité des travaux est réalisée en anglais, les réunions sont en anglais, l’infogérant parle anglais)
  • Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles (en anglais) de documents de type cadrage de projet, de reporting et de synthèse (par exemple pour produire des documents d’aide à la décision ou de présentation à un Comité d’Architecture qui peuvent être nécessaires lors des phases de cadrage)
  • Capacité à s’approprier le modèle de costing et de pricing de l’IT d’Equans

  • Capacité à travailler en équipe en présentiel et à distance (l’infogérant est principalement à distance, une partie des équipes de la SLS est basée hors de France)

Par ailleurs le/la candidate devra se familiariser rapidement avec le contexte et l’organisation IT d’Equans, l’implémentation d’ITIL pour Equans.

Expérience et formation

  • Formation Bac + 5 (diplôme d’Ingénieur Informatique ou équivalent)
  • Au moins 5 ans d’expérience sur un poste équivalent au sein d’une entreprise de taille similaire ou dans un poste d’Ingénieur avant-vente au sein d’une ESN
  • Au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans la gestion de la relation avec des prestataires externes (infogérant)
