Votre profil :
De formation BAC+2/3 dans une filière technique (électrotechnique, électricité…), vous justifiez d’une première expérience significative (2 ans minimum) dans une fonction similaire, en conduite de travaux tertiaires.
Bon communiquant, vous disposez d’un bon niveau technique en électricité.
Vous avez le sens de l'organisation, des relations commerciales et humaines, l’esprit de service et vous souhaitez évoluer dans une structure dynamique.

Pour nos chantiers de tuyauteries enterrées en Wallonie, Equans est à la recherche d’un Site Supervisor, basé à Haren.
Vos activités sont entre autres les suivantes :
- vous réalisez des projets en tuyauteries enterrées
- vous organisez et dirigez un chantier tant au niveau des travailleurs, que du matériel nécessaire, et ce, en ligne avec les moyens financiers mis à votre disposition
- en fonction de l'ampleur du chantier, vous êtes responsable de la réalisation d'une partie ou de l'entièreté des tâches

Site Manager
Equans is looking for an Site Manager to join our team in Liverpool L3 on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.50 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary car or car allowance and benefits package.
Main Purpose
Have responsibility for the management of health and safety on site and organization and supervision of materials and resources. Reporting to site-based PM
Key Accountabilities
- Checking of plans/drawings and quantities for accuracy.
- Monitor works against construction drawings-ie Rebar installation and scheduling
- Ensure that drawings are up to date and that relevant subcontractors/designers have the appropriate and latest information
- Prepare any reports that may be required and present where necessary
- Ensure that works are carried out in accordance with current Health and Safety legislation and company policies and procedures
- Day to day management of subcontractors and works on site where necessary (ie groundworks/remediation and frame sub-contractors), monitoring progress and coordination with other trades.
- Liaise with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyor and general workforce involved in the scheme.
- Liaise with local authority (Building Control etc..) to ensure compliance with regulations and approval
- Communicate with clients/design team and their representatives and attend meetings reporting on progress, site issues as required
- Resolve any technical queries that may arise on site-providing clear evidence for reasoning
- Plan and coordinate labour/plant and materials with subcontractors to ensure that projects are delivered on time and in budget.
- Ensure that all relevant paperwork and record keeping is accurate and up to date (whether this be inspections/quality control/handover and the like)
- Ensure that correct materials are being used in accordance with specifications
- Produce Inspection and test plans with relevant subcontractors and maintain and monitor population
- Working site Project Manager produce short term look ahead programmes for works on site
- Record and allocate time against projects worked on

Poste basé à Prévessin-Moëns (01).
Axima fait partie de l’entité EQUANS. Elle conçoit des solutions globales et performantes dans le domaine du Génie Climatique, de la Réfrigération et de la Sécurité Incendie pour accompagner la transition énergétique et numérique des bâtiments, des environnements et des process de ses clients. Nous recherchons un Conducteur de Travaux TCE (H/F) en CDI pour un projet de construction d’un Data Center basé à Prévessin-Moëns France (près de Genève).
Sous la responsabilité du Directeur des activités Travaux dans le domaine du Data Center et en étroite collaboration avec le chargé d’affaires CVC, en tant que mandataire du groupement EQUANS vous assurez la coordination du chantier (30M€) avec l’ensemble des membre de notre groupement, vous avez une prédominance TCE.
Votre quotidien :
Vous prenez ainsi en charge la réalisation et la coordination d’un chantier de Data Center, et vous vous verrez confier les missions suivantes :
Suivi des opérations de construction :
- Participer à la mise en place de la politique sécurité et assurer un suivi quotidien pour faire appliquer la politique HSE avec la collaboration des autres responsable HSE du groupement, tout en contribuant de la même manière à leur amélioration continue et au suivi et au contrôle des indicateurs.
- Être le garant du respect du planning travaux, assurer sa mise à jour quotidienne avec les membres du groupement et préparer le rapport hebdomadaire d’avancement de projet.
- Organiser et assurer le contrôle de la qualité des travaux en déployant les fiches de contrôle, assurer le suivi et la mise à jour des fiches de contrôle sur une plateforme de Gestion Documentaire (GED).
- Gérer la coactivité au quotidien des travaux, focalisé sur les activités prioritaires et organiser les différents groupes de travail en fonction des zones physiques disponibles et sécurisées du site.
- Participer à l’animation des réunions de chantier et s’assurer de la parfaite coordination des différents lots (Génie Civil et CES / Génie Electrique / Génie Climatique) et sous-traitants.
- Coordonner les activités logistiques qui garantissent la disponibilité de toutes les ressources, outils et matériels nécessaires sur site.
- Contrôler et suivre les matériels et engins entrants sur le site en terme de certification et de conformité.
- Participer à phase de commissioning et à la réception des travaux après les phases de contrôle réalisée par les Chargés d’affaires du groupement.
- Suivi des non conformités et des levées de réserves.
Management :
- Effectuer les reportings et veiller à l'atteinte des objectifs en matière HSE.
- Suivre les indicateurs d'activité pour l'ensemble du projet sous sa responsabilité.
Suivi de la relation client :
- Assurer la gestion de la relation client en binôme avec de Directeur de travaux.
- Représenter l'entreprise auprès du Maître d'Ouvrage et de l’Assistance à Maitrise d’Ouvrage.
- Livrer le chantier au client dans le respect des coûts et des délais prévus au cahier des charges et tout en assurant sa satisfaction et la maitrise de la sécurité du personnel.
Votre profil :
Vous avez une expérience réussie de 5-8 ans minimum en gestion de chantiers de moyenne à grande envergure.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des travaux en Tout Corps d’Etat (TCE) et gestion de travaux avec des génies civilistes.
Vous maîtrisez les techniques de montage, les temps de pose, la lecture des plans et les normes « métiers » en vigueur.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des règles HSE
Vous maitrisez le pack office (Word, Excel, …), Microsoft Project et Autodesk.
Vous avez une connaissance du domaine des Data Centers ou de l’industrie serait apprécié

Responsible for the efficient use of resources and ensuring that, job planning, appointments, resource allocation, materials, plant and equipment are effectively utilised and continuously improved in accordance with service delivery targets. The Site Manager is also responsible for bringing to the attention of the Contracts Manager any arrangements/proposals that will improve job control, operational performance, relationships with Clients representatives and maximise the utilisation of the Company’s IT system
What will you deliver?
- Support the Contracts Manager in compiling all pre-start information
- Achieve the target contributions by managing the contract in accordance with the contract documents and programme
- Responsible for ensuring that the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality, whilst exceeding client expectations and maximising profit
- Provide structured approach to project planning; to include health and safety, execution methods and quality
- Provide project & weekly programme information and KPI’s and feed back into monitoring and reporting systems
- Attendance, preparation and reporting for all meetings in relation to the project
- To have a clear understanding of the way the job is priced to enable us to take full benefit of any opportunities for variations, change is specification or scope of works to maximise profit
- Take ownership for the swift and effective resolution of customer complaints - escalating issues to the Contracts Manager where appropriate
- To deliver a high performing Refurbishment Service including the monitoring of a team of Trade Operatives and Sub-Contractors
- Responsible for the supervision of a team of trade operatives and sub-contractors delivering a wide range of Refurbishment works

Who are we looking for?
- Experience of Refurbishment contracts and relevant knowledge of building legislation and building and construction projects
- Higher National Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent experience
- SMSTS
- City and Guilds Trade qualification if applicable (Desirable)
- Experience of managing specialist sub-contract supply chains
- Excellent understanding and adherence to SHEQ practices

Assistant Site Manager (Elemental)
Equans is looking for a Assitant Site Managers to join our team in, Mole Street, Birmingham to work on the elemental project on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

Site Supervisor
EQUANS are recruiting for a Site Supervisor to be based in Grimsby DN37. This is a permanent full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £35,000 - £40,000, dependent upon skills and experience.
Main Accountabilities
- As Site Supervisor, responsibility for day-to-day supervision of Highway Projects.
- Where appointed, support the EQUANS Project Leads and Professional Services’ teams in the delivery of schemes
- Manage and co-ordinate workload to achieve project deliverables within the agreed time, quality, and financial objectives.
- Produce daily site records including diaries & photo records. Diaries to focus on site activities and progress against Contractor programme.
- On all projects, facilitate the Supervisor role within NEC3 and NEC4 contracts. This includes site inspections, identifying defects and recording defects through an NEC contract management system. In addition applicants with Knowledge of JCT contract administration would be an advantage.
- Manage and monitor the onsite testing of materials and co-ordinating of material acceptance in line with the specification of the works information
- Assist the NEC Project manager produce highlight reports and attend monthly progress meetings.
- Carry out pre-design site walk through with the design team to input on the design
- Assist the Engineer in the preparation of information and pre-construction phase health and safety plans for tender packages.
- Engage in early contractor involvement with subcontractors.
- Deliver the service in line with quality management procedures and demonstrate an understanding of the principles behind these.
- Support the Design Consultancy in delivering improved services, and promote and instil EQUANS values

Who are we looking for?
- Qualified to HND/C level with a preference for degree level or equivalent.
- A proven track record working in the Civil and Build industry
- CSCS and SMSTS trained
- Experience in working with NEC3 or 4 contracts as a Site Supervisor. JCT contract experience is desirable
- Ability to work on own initiative with limited management.
- An understanding of DMRB and the Specification for Highway works
- Detailed understanding of Health and Safety legislation, working experience of Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 and understanding of legislative aspects of project delivery.
- Commercial awareness and experience of working within a multi-disciplinary design environment.
- Ability to communicate confidently and clearly, conduct effective negotiations with client, stakeholders, subcontractors and third parties.
- Demonstrate a high level of initiative in managing workload, be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal skills and the attitude, conduct and demeanour to reflect EQUANS values.
