La Business Unit Grands Projet Data Centers est fortement impliquée dans le développement Français et Européen du groupe Equans sur ce marché en plein essor, dont la demande ne cesse de croitre. Aussi, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Prévention Santé Sécurité, basé sur un de nos chantiers en Ile-de-France.

RATTACHEMENT MANAGERIAL :

Sous la responsabilité du Chef de Service Prévention Santé Sécurité de la BU, vous aurez la possibilité de mettre en avant votre leadership et d'accompagner les équipes et sous-traitants, afin d'assurer et de décliner la politique Santé Sécurité du Groupe, sur chantier.

MISSIONS :

Organisation de la Prévention :

  • Coordonner les équipes et les activités de prévention sur l'ensemble du chantier ;
  • Définir les dispositions P2S du règlement de chantier en cohérence avec les standards Datacenters ;
  • Vous assurer des moyens de maîtrise mis en œuvre par les opérationnels sur l'ensemble du chantier ;
  • Assurer la communication entre les préventeurs et les superviseurs du projet (événements, bonnes pratiques, ¼h, …).
  • Vous travaillez main dans la main avec le Directeur de projet dans l'animation de la prévention.

Visites et audits :

  • Organiser et suivre les visites de site du projet ;
  • Participer à la préparation et au contrôle des opérations à risque ;
  • Analyser les visites sécurité et suivre les plans d'actions ;
  • Suivi des évènements santé et sécurité et Reporting ;
  • Assurer le traitement des évènements (déclaration administrative), coordonner l'analyse des causes, et s'assurer du bon déroulement des plans d'action ;
  • Vous venez en appui au Directeur de projet pour communiquer vers le client en cas d'accident du travail.

Prévention – Sensibilisation- Communication :

 

  • Coordonner la communication P2S du projet (1/4 d'heures sécurité, causeries, journée santé sécurité, Flash Sécurité...) ;
  • Mettre en place et animer un programme de reconnaissance avec le Directeur de Projet.

PROFIL :

Et si c’était vous ?

Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure en QSE, HSE ou SSE, vous justifiez d’une expérience d'environ 6 ans sur une fonction similaire dans le domaine industriel (de préférence en Datacenters).

Ce qui fera la différence sur le poste ?

  • Votre facilité à accompagner les équipes et clients en déclinant la politique santé sécurité du groupe ;
  • Vos connaissances en levage, risques électriques, travail en hauteur qui vous permettront d'appréhender rapidement les aspects techniques liés aux chantiers de construction de DataCenters ;
  • Votre aptitude à communiquer dans plusieurs langues (Anglais notamment).

Intégré(e) au sein de notre pôle Transfert Industriel et sous le pilotage du chargé d'affaires, vous aurez pour missions :

Expertiser les équipements en place en vue de leur transfert

Effectuer les repérages électriques

Effectuer le démontage mécanique des modules

Manutentionner les éléments

Remonter, recâbler les éléments et effectuer la mise au point des équipements

Effectuer des Essais Machines

Participer à la remise en service de l'équipement avec le client.

Ces missions seront réalisées dans le respect des consignes de sécurités et des modes opératoires mis en œuvre.

Des déplacements permanents sont à prévoir au niveau national et plus ponctuellement à l'international

Le permis B est obligatoire

De formation Bac à Bac+2 en électrotechnique, électromécanique, maintenance industrielle ou équivalent, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie sur une fonction similaire en environnement industriel. Des notions en informatique (protocoles, partage de ressources, des données) et utilisation courante des outils bureautique (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) seraient appréciées.

Fabric Maintenance Assistant

Equans is looking for a Fabric Maintenance Assistant to join our team in Leeds on a permanent basis for our Leeds Oncology contract. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview:
• Work alongside a dynamic maintenance team to deliver the required services, ensuring the Hospital is maintained to the highest standard.
• Provide a customer facing highly responsive maintenance service to the Leeds Oncology Wing
• Undertake a range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks and carry these out to a very high standard.
• Provide assistance and information to other members of the maintenance team.
• Carry out training to be able to provide required duties, which includes but is not limited to fire door maintenance.
• Work with a level of multi-skilling and flexibility
• Report to the maintenance supervisor
• Provide reports on work in progress and work completed to ensure consistency, keeping required records for fire door and other fabric related tasks.

Impact:
To assist in maintenance services EQUANS provide for the NHS Trust through a 30 year concession agreement through Leeds Oncology. Contract term is until 2037.

Complexity:
1. To undertake basic fire door inspections to agreed planned maintenance schedule, validating their condition.
2. Keeping records for fire door inspections, updating details on to the Bolster system
3. Carrying out minor repairs to fire doors, to ensure compliance.
4. Carry out maintenance, as part of the estates team as and when required, including fabric repairs, painting / patching, ceiling repairs, wall protection, glazing replacement and flooring repairs.
5. Provide cover for absent colleagues as appropriate to maintain the service.
6. Carry out duties in accordance with safe working practices within statutory, NHS, Trust and Company guidelines.
7. Have an awareness of the operational procedures and safe working practices for the role.
8. Maintain records and complete service reports as appropriate. Providing regular reports on progress to your line manager
9. Assist other skilled trades in carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing, inspection and installation work.
10. Undertake training to maintain and develop skills in line with the requirements of the service.
11. Liaise and undertake duties at other healthcare projects as directed.
12. Undertake overtime as required to maintain the service.
13. Carry out any other duties as required commensurate with grade.

Qualifications or Required Experience:
• Experience in carrying out similar role which includes basic joinery tasks
• Understand safe working practices applicable to the task.
• Ability to undertake minor maintenance tasks without direct supervision.
• Ability to work to pre agreed method statements designed to reduce the hazards associated with the task in hand.
• Have a basic understanding of building services/ fabric.

Project Engineer

Equans is looking for a Project Engineer to join our team in Dunbar at Torness Power Station on a permanent basis for EDF. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview:
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering projects
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, Deliver work packages in line with our client site standards performance standards and specifications,
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel’s performance) and report regularly on project status
• Assign responsibilities and mentor project team

Impact:
Our Projects Engineer will oversee all aspects of an assigned project, including planning, design, budgeting, and logistics. They spend time at the job site ensuring work is completed efficiently with no errors or negative impacts on the timeline. Our Projects Engineer also provides feedback to all team members and facilitates communication throughout the project’s lifecycle.

Complexity:
Our Projects Engineer is responsible for planning out projects. Their duties include establishing criteria that will ensure the success of the required tasks by coordinating reviews from other engineers on-site. The Projects Engineer is also responsible for ensuring everything goes according to plan during the implementation time frame

• Proven working experience as a Project Engineer
• Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD

Highways & Street Lighting General Manager

We have a great opportunity for a General Manager to manage existing contracts and projects within the street lighting and highways electrical sector in the Northern part of the UK; along with identifying new opportunities.

Key activities

  • Leadership and Strategic Planning: The GM provides leadership to the team, setting a vision for the company and developing strategic plans to guide the organisation toward its goals. They are responsible for making critical business decisions and setting long-term objectives.
  • Operations Management: They oversee the day-to-day operations of their contracts, ensuring that the business runs smoothly. Accurate understanding of our client’s organisation will be essential in understanding who are the decision makers and influencers

Fabric Engineer

EQUANS is looking for a Fabric Engineer and this will be based in Isleworth. This is a permanent full-time role for our HMCTS contracts working 40 hours per week. On offer for this role is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview:
The primary purpose of the role is to carry out both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of Fabric and limited Engineering Assets, ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications and EQUANS processes and procedures. This includes Legionella control and monitoring activities. Activities will include –
• Inspect/repair floor, walls, ceilings and roofs
• Inspect /repair free standing and fitted furniture
• Inspect/clear drainage and gully systems
• Inspect/replace luminaries
• Inspect/repair doors (Inc. Fire Doors), windows and associated furniture.
• Unblock toilets and sinks
• Painting, re-decorating and hanging of pictures/signed/notices
• Assist engineering staff in a wide range of duties as required
• General site services; to include, sweeping and tidying
• Carry out Ad-Hoc activities supporting EQUANS and Client team including Moves/Changes
• Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made. 

Other Responsibilities
• Ensure that suitable consumables are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.
• Ensure that all relevant paperwork/CAFM is completed regarding planned and reactive activities and that it is passed without delay to the contract administrator.
• Ensure that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices.
• To develop a good working relationship with all members of EQUANS staff, subcontractors and the client representatives.
• Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment. To include the wearing of uniform and PPE at all times.
• Ensure the professional image of EQUANS is presented to clients at all times
• Ensure that all plant rooms under the responsibility of EQUANS are kept in a clean and tidy condition
• Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site carrying out associated Fabric tasks 
• To arrange and provide holiday and sickness cover at short notice and be flexible in their working patterns.
• To undertake lone working when and where required, subject to passing satisfactory training.
• Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate.
• Ensure an awareness and compliance to the contractual KPI's/SLA's.
• Ensure CAFM system, e.g. PlanOn, is kept up to date and that PPM and reactive tickets are closed out with accurate data captured.
• To carry out any other task as directed by the account management team.

Client / Customer
• Respond in a timely manner to verbal and written requests
• Production of information for quotations
 
Helpdesk - PPM 
• Support the Helpdesk as required when reporting or updating planned and reactive activities
• Be available for out of hours call-out support for the contract if required

Compliance 
• To gain Technical Appointments as required e.g. LVCP and Water Hygiene CP to permit Lamp changing and L8 activities e.g tap flushing  
• Produce Condition / Dilapidation Reports as required for fabric assets
• Ensure supervisor is informed immediately if dangerous circumstances occur

SHEQ
• Comply with requests for information from SHEQ manager
• Ensure you work to company health and safety policy
• Ensue PPE is safe to use
• Report accident and near misses in a timely manner
• Ensure your test equipment is within calibration 
• Ensure you follow Method Statements & Risk Assessments for all works

Impact: 
Working to high standard of service, we require a fully reliable and competent Handyman/Fabric Tech who can work on own initiative, within a team or oversee subcontractor’s, producing good quality reports on their findings and work. The role will involve being the face of EQUANS so smart appearance and being able to discuss findings with others including customers is required.

Complexity:  
The successful candidate will have the ability to work unaided and build rapports with end users and customers, promoting EQUANS’s values. 
Have an excellent knowledge of carpentry, plumbing and/or painting/decorating techniques.
Have an eye for detail and be conscious of quality standards.

Qualifications or Required Experience:   
Significant (minimum 5 years) previous experience in a general plumbing / handyperson role. 
Must have an NVQ (or similar) in one of the below –
• Plumbing 
• Carpentry 
• Decorating services 

Experience
• Demonstrable experience in either carpentry, painting, plumbing or flooring in a construction, repair or maintenance environment. Good knowledge of Fire Door maintenance and inspection techniques. 
• Understanding of Legionella control techniques e.g. tap flushing
