Axima Réfrigération France, recherche son futur Coordinateur SAV (CDD 5 mois, remplacement d'un congé maternité) (H/F), rattaché(e) à l’agence de Lyon.
Rattaché au Responsable SAV, votre mission consiste à assister l’activité SAV au quotidien.
Pour cela, vous êtes amené à :
• Assurer l’accueil téléphonique et physique
• Préparer et participer aux réunions de service hebdomadaires
• Assurer la gestion, l’organisation et le suivi administratif (visites médicales, formations, habilitations, absences, bons d’intervention)
• Réceptionner et traiter de manière réactive les demandes d’intervention de maintenance et dépannages de manière à respecter les délais
• Réaliser la facturation client et les relances associées (gestion des réclamations)
• Rédiger et archiver les documents de travail
• Réaliser les commandes et le suivi de pièces détachées
• Assurer la saisie des heures réalisées par le service
• Réaliser le reporting de l’activité (suivi facturation, formations en cours, gestion du parc automobile…)
Idéalement diplômé(e) d’une formation Bac +2 tel que BTS Assistant de Gestion PME/PMI ou équivalent, vous possédez 3 années d’expérience minimum au sein d’un service SAV ou dans une fonction similaire.
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à gérer les priorités et respecter les délais en autonomie.
Votre organisation, votre rigueur, votre réactivité et votre aisance relationnelle sont des atouts essentiels qui vous permettront de vous épanouir dans ce poste.
La maitrise du logiciel SAP est idéalement souhaitée.

Project Co-ordinator

Apprentice Resident Liaison Officer
EQUANS are recruiting for an Apprentice Liaison Officer to be based in the Havering area. This is a 2 year fixed term, full-time role. On offer is a competitive salary of £18,000 - £20,000 and benefits package.
The role of the Resident Liaison Officer is a vital one. For many residents you will be the first person they meet from EQUANS. Through your words, action and commitment to giving good service, an impression of the company will be formed in the minds of our customers that will directly reflect on our good name.
The RLO facilitates the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships to ensure effective liaison between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and the EQUANS team.

What will you deliver?
- Assist with site set up

- Carry out a property condition survey and appliance survey with photographs where necessary with the resident before works start in the property
- Liaise with site management staff to enable the flow of information between all parties
- Where appropriate, consult with resident representatives and groups, arranging meetings to communicate the programme, get feedback and discuss any other locally significant issues

Workflow Supervisor

General Overview
Reports directly to the Workflow & Admin Manager and will be responsible for Supervision of the Workflow Operators and Team Leaders and ensuring that the operation supports and complies with the Birmingham New Hospitals Project Contract specification. Experienced in data inputting and of Helpdesk working, the Workflow Supervisor will be required to demonstrate excellent people management skills, telephone techniques, confidence and patience.
The main objective of the Workflow Supervisor is to ensure all calls are logged correctly, assigned to directly employed labour and sub-contractors, chasing completion details of jobs and focusing operational service teams on response to customer calls whilst ensuring all Work Orders are monitored to ensure compliance with response and rectification times, liaising and escalating with the Estates Team where required.

Job summary :
Reporting to the Facility Manager, the Facility Services Administrator is responsible for coordinating activities at this site and for financial record keeping and reporting as required. Contract Administrator
EQUANS are recruiting for a Contract Administrator to be based at Waterside House, 1 Waterside Plaza, Sale, Manchester M33 7ZF. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of up to £24,000 dependent upon skills and experience.
What will you deliver?
- Be the main point of liaison with the Regional Operations Centre (Helpdesk) to ensure that scheduled maintenance visits are booked in a timely fashion, and that corresponding maintenance records are received and locally reviewed
- Creating of Work Order and Purchase Orders on Maximo
- Responsible for managing purchase orders, receipting and invoice approval
- Collate and distribute O&M information
- Managing of sickness and holiday requests, mileage, purchase card receipts
- Payroll
- Local HR file management including training records and plans
- Updating and issuing delay requests to the Client
- General administration duties such as minute taking, running reports, ordering supplies and maintaining trackers/ records etc

En tant qu’Assistant(e) Projet H/F, vos principales missions sont les suivantes :
- Coordonner la Prestation : gestion des fournisseurs, tri des CVs, organisation des entretiens, débriefing avec les opérationnels, lien avec le service achats,
- Gérer les intégrations des prestataires (accès informatiques, bureaux…),
- Seconder le Directeur de Projet pour les aspects administratifs et de communication,
- Constituer les dossiers de demandes d’agréments des sous-traitants,
- Veiller au suivi des commandes fournisseurs et des factures,
- Rédiger des courriers, comptes-rendus, avis de réunions,
- Secrétariat.
Vous avez une première expérience dans un environnement technique ou industriel, idéalement en lien avec le secteur nucléaire. Customer Service Supervisor
Equans is looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in Newcastle, NE12 8BU on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working on a shift rotation. On offer is a salary banding of £22,500 – £24,000 dependent upon skills and experience. With the addition of a 10% shift allowance.
As part of this role, you’ll need to work flexibly with variable hours of work to respond to the changing needs of the service. This can include morning/day/evening/night shifts as well as weekend work. Occasional travel to other sites may also be required as part of the role.
In this role, you’ll provide support to our Facilities Management Helpdesk located at our Shared Service Centre (SSC). As part of the Customer Service team, our shift supervisors are responsible for ensuring we deliver excellent customer outcomes and assist in supporting a team of Customer Service Advisors, especially during out of hours service delivery.
What will you deliver?
- Provide excellent customer service through the delivery of easy-to-use accessible services and ensure quality outcomes for customers.
- Support the delivery of an effective and efficient operational service and assist team leaders with any performance management requirements.
- Ensure adherence to key metrics linked to maximising productivity, improved quality and KPIs.
- Act as a point of escalation for Advisors to manage more complex enquiries.
- Ensure all SHEQ responsibilities are adhered to.
- Be the key link between the OOH and In Hours teams.
