Rattaché(e) au Responsable Contrôle de gestion, vous agissez en véritable conseil et êtes garant du respect des procédures de votre périmètre.
Vos missions principales :
- Garantir un contrôle de gestion permanent et efficace sur le centre de profit
- Participer activement à l'élaboration des prévisions à terminaison des affaires
- Assurer la clôture mensuelle des comptes
- Consolider les prévisions trimestrielles (visées) et le bilan
- Tenir à jour les tableaux de bord mensuels
- Analyser les résultats du centre de profit
- Tenir le budget des frais généraux
- Conseiller les opérationnels dans l'élaboration du budget annuel, des prévisions trimestrielles et des reportings
- Piloter et préparer les rites managériaux : visées, revues des affaires (PAT), suivi des affaires sensibles, revues de risques, comité de crédit
- Respecter les procédures de contrôle interne
- Alerter sa hiérarchie des écarts et risques sur affaires
Des déplacements seront régulièrement sur Perpignan.
Votre profil :
- De formation bac +5 spécialisée en finance/gestion, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 3 ans minimum dans la fonction de contrôleur de gestion opérationnel.
- La connaissance de SAP et une bonne maîtrise de la comptabilité analytique sont fortement souhaitées. Vous maitrisez également Excel.
- Votre rigueur, votre aisance relationnelle, votre esprit de synthèse et votre force de proposition sont autant d'atouts qui vous permettront de vous épanouir au sein de ce poste et de notre Groupe.

Commercial Manager - Bids & Mobilisations
EQUANS are recruiting for a Commercial Manager to be based in either Edinburgh or Central London. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary dependent on skills, knowledge and experience, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
The Commercial Manager will work with the Senior Commercial Manager in leading negotiations in high-level bids and mobilisations. They will provide contract commercial management service along with supporting growth within the sector on the existing contracts as well as supporting the business development initiative.
The Commercial Manager will manage numerous stakeholder relationships, including those with client representatives; Equans’ business development team and other colleagues who provide functional support to the contracts (e.g., risk, finance, HR, operations etc.). |
What will you deliver?
To deliver the commercial management function across the contracts and clearly communicate the obligations and liabilities contained within both contracts to ultimately ensure that income is maximised, costs are minimised, whilst the service required is delivered, by:
- Identifying, monitoring and reporting on risks.
- Supporting the management and mitigation of risks at all levels (operational, financial, commercial, technical, etc).
- Repository for confidential/commercially sensitive information.
- Leading governance within the contracts to ensure that the requirements of the contract are being complied with.
- Aiding the quality of service by ensuring awareness of contractual responsibilities among all other EQUANS colleagues (including contract deliverables, scope of services etc.).
- Assisting in the search for efficiencies and service optimisation.
- Enforcing commercial compliance (by audit and support against EQUANS’ Minimum Commercial Standards).
- Carry out CVR reporting for any bespoke major projects that do not relate to any main contract terms and conditions.

Commercial Manager - Energy & Carbon

The Commercial Manager will lead all commercial activity supporting the Energy & Carbon Solutions (E&CS) Team in the delivery of consultancy-based net zero services, including mandatory and non-mandatory carbon compliance services to customers in the public and private sector across the United Kingdom. They will provide pre and post contract commercial management, profit improvement, risk and opportunity management along with focus on compliance in the delivery of all contracted outcomes / outputs.
Managing numerous stakeholder relationships, including external relationships with clients, internal clients, suppliers, third-party consultants, E&CS and Technical Services leadership and functions.
Holding collective responsibility with the E&CS Management Team and Consultants to improve consultancy services / solutions, mitigate mandatory compliance risk and deliver against financial plans.
What will you deliver?
To deliver the commercial management function across the portfolio of existing E&CS customers and E&CS growth initiatives managing all aspects of commercial performance to ultimately ensure that income is maximised, costs are minimised and that all contractual obligations are fulfilled, by:
- Reviewing proposed contractual documentation including terms and conditions of contract, service scope, specifications, and pricing proposals.
- Leading on pre-contract commercial negotiations with existing and new customers.
- Ensuring internal orders capture the consultancy & compliance services requirements / deliverables
- Commercially reviewing client reports and net zero carbon roadmaps
- Identifying and driving risk and opportunity management
- Improvement in financial performance of contracts through continuous improvement
- Management of variation/change control to capture revenue.
- Leading governance within the contracts to ensure that the requirements of the contract and EQUANS own internal governance processes are being complied with.

Responsable comptable et financier - H/F
Vôtre rôle : Piloter le département Finance d’Aire Nouvelle et assurer le bon fonctionnement financier et comptable de la structure en collaboration directe avec le Directeur Général.
Ainsi vous intervenez sur les missions suivantes :
- Assurer la bonne gestion financière de la structure d’Aire Nouvelle
- Participer, animer et organiser les exercices budgétaires annuels et assurer le suivi de ces budgets en cours d’année.
- Consolider les prévisions financières des projets afin d’élaborer le Plan Moyen Terme et les objectifs commerciaux et financiers d’Aire Nouvelle.
- Piloter les clôtures comptables mensuelles
- Piloter et coordonner les besoins en trésorerie de la structure (Facturations clients, facturations fournisseurs, appels de fonds filiales, appels de fonds actionnaires,… )
- En lien avec la Direction Juridique, assurer un suivi des documents juridico-financiers des véhicules de projets.
- Effectuer une veille continue sur les nouvelles réglementations fiscales et comptables.
- Participer au reporting financier et comptable à destination de la Direction Générale pour piloter l’activité.
- Assurer l’interface avec les directions financières et d’investissement du groupe.
- Renforcer et améliorer l’organisation robuste de gestion comptable et financière de l’activité d’Aire Nouvelle.
- Accompagner les équipes projets en montage et en réalisation pour définir, optimiser et piloter les montages de financement et préparer les comités d’investissement.

CE POSTE EST FAIT POUR VOUS SI :
- Vous disposez d’une expérience significative d’au moins 10 ans en Direction Comptable/Gestion/Finance d’un promoteur immobilier et/ou en Direction Financière dans le secteur de l’immobilier et/ou dans le financement de projet.
- Formation supérieure BAC +5 en finance / gestion, Ecole de commerce, d’ingénieur généraliste ou spécialisées en immobilier.
- Vous maîtrisez les processus comptables (IFRS, Sociaux), les principes généraux de financement de projet en environnement complexe et les outils afférents dont Excel et le pack office plus largement.
- Vous vous intéressez au secteur de l’énergie et les projets urbains vous font rêver, vous souhaitez vous investir en faveur de la transition énergétique, du développement des ENR.

Business Controller
We are looking for a Business Controller to follow the business of the Division Proximity Projects within the Business Unit Smart Buildings. The function is based in Brussels with frequent travels to our sites in Flanders.
In this role you are responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of the division in order to support the development of the company and its subsidiaries. You follow the P&L and the cash flow of its activities closely and propose actions to the management to improve them. You are in charge of the homogeneity of working methods within Equans. You are involved in all financial matters, propose solutions or innovations to simplify processes, reduce workloads and increase productivity.
As Business Controller the following tasks are part of your job:
- challenge, manage and discuss results with managers on a monthly basis
- close follow-up of contract/projects performance and give support managers to improve it
- insure the billing and margin recognition of works in due time
- challenge the Order Intake and periodically review Final Estimate on projects
- set the Budget and Medium-Term Plan in close contact with the managers
- come up with ideas to improve the financial performance, reduce costs and optimize processes
- design and implement analytical dashboards
- coordinate with the other financial departments when financial requests are linked to your activity sphere
- report to the Head of Business Control within the Finance organization of the Business Unit Smart Buildings
What do you need?
- master’s degree in economics or finance
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial function; experience in a big 4 or equivalent is a plus
- basic economic and financial skills (general accounting principles of which IFRS, cost accounting, financial analysis,…)
- knowledge of the services activities to B2B or B2T and accounting principles of contracts/projects would be an advantage
- knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel (macros, dynamic tables) and PowerPoint
- knowledge of reporting tools, such as Power BI is a plus
- knowledge of SAP or another ERP is a plus
- good general computer skills

About the role
Equans Silverwater is seeking a Pronto Specialist to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve Pronto issues, managing escalations where required to ensure the continuity of workflow achieves resolution and provide recommendations regarding modifications and faults to align with business requirements. You will devise, develop, and implement documentation and user manuals outlining system functionality, to uplift understanding of the platform and its capability. You will have a comprehensive knowledge of Pronto processes and the ‘ins and outs’ of the platform, potential issues, and ways to remedy problems providing resolution to achieve business objectives and increase productivity. You will have a professional approach when liaising and communicating with stakeholders, networks, vendors, and third-party suppliers. This position is part-time (24 hours per week) with flexible work arrangements.

- Participer au processus de reporting groupe,
- Animer/maîtriser des outils de prévision et de suivi de l’activité,
- Assurer le suivi de la prise de commande, de la facturation et des encaissements en lien avec le service ADV,
- Réaliser les opérations de clôtures mensuelles,
- Construire, analyser et remonter dans les outils du groupe le budget et les re-prévisions trimestrielles,
- Assurer le suivi des frais généraux et des comptes d’écart,
- Faire vivre les rites managériaux et s’assurer du respect des procédures internes,
- Être force de proposition pour optimiser le contrôle de gestion et améliorer la rentabilité de l’entité,
- Garantir le respect des procédures de gestion INEO applicables,
- Accompagner les chargés d’affaires sur l’outil SAP et dispenser les formations nécessaires pour les nouveaux arrivants sur le périmètre.
Des déplacements sont à prévoir sur différentes agences.
Votre profil :
De formation supérieure Bac+5 spécialisé en Finance/Gestion, vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum en contrôle de gestion.
Vous faites preuve d’une grande autonomie, de rigueur et êtes force de proposition pour améliorer les systèmes.
Vous êtes reconnu;e pour vos qualités relationnelles (interne/externe) qui vous seront utiles dans vos échanges avec les équipes sur le terrain et les directeurs d’agences.
De bonnes connaissances en Excel sont indispensables.
La connaissance de SAP et une bonne maîtrise de la comptabilité analytique sont fortement souhaitées et un intérêt pour les systèmes d’information en général.
Doté.e d’un bon relationnel et d’un esprit d’équipe, votre rigueur, votre réactivité, votre esprit d’analyse et de synthèse sont autant d’atouts qui vous permettront d’évoluer sur le poste et au sein du groupe.

About the role
Equans is seeking an experienced and professional Finance Business Partner/Management Accountant to drive timely and efficient accounting deliverables for branches across New Zealand. This role will be based in our Auckland office and requires a well-developed, highly organised professional to provide financial insights to our Equans high-performing teams, leadership committees and key stakeholders to enable an uplift in financial productivity, meet operational objectives, support financial end-to-end processes, management reporting and planning and analysis. In this role you will provide key insights and improve decision making and embed best practice and financial governance frameworks.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will:
- Perform end-to-end accounting and finance processes, reconciliations, income and expense allocations, accruals and provisions and execute month-end and year-end financial close processes.
- Manage detailed journals, reporting and analysis of financial results and support the wider finance function with insights on financial positions and performance, review, and analysis, reporting and interpretation of organisation financials.
- Contribute to the reporting and the provision of analysis on financial performance, position, and comparison of actuals against plans, devise strategies to meet performance and partner with branches to understand the financial position, insights, trends, and patterns in order to meet business delivery and financial operational deliverables.
- Contribute to Equans strategic planning activities for budgeting and forecasting OPEX and CAPEX.
- Partner with group accounting teams to share information and knowledge and facilitate interim and year-end audit deliverables.
- Communicate with influence and build rapport with internal and external stakeholders to enhance accounting and analysis processes and build an external network with industry bodies to share knowledge, identify challenges and build solutions to enhance Equans practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams and the ability work autonomously to meet business objectives in a timely and efficient manner.
- Drive continuous improvement strategies across processes, procedures, and systems with view to optimising quality, effectiveness and efficiencies.
Technical qualifications and experience
- Tertiary degree in accounting
- Relevant industry and/or professional qualifications (full membership) e.g., CA, CPA, CIMA
- Experience working in a similar environment with multi-national or global businesses will be highly regarded
- Advanced excel and data management skills
- Ability to provide detailed accounting plans and reports ie. Adaptive, Pronto, GP and MYOB (highly regarded)
- Strong commercial and technical mindset
- Proven background in financial reporting and the interpretation of detailed financial data
- Problem solving capabilities and investigative analysis skills with view to the collation of key collateral to identify trends and provide recommendations to safeguard Equans branches and the broader business.

Senior Service Development and Support Officer
Equans is looking for a Senior Service Development and Support Officer to join our team in North Tyneside Council on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary between £30,000 to £38,000 (depending upon experience), and benefits package.
The position is responsible for contributing to the efficient operation of the Revenues and Benefits Services through undertaking a range of duties contributing to the administration, support, and development of the Service. This will involve proactively responding to legislative changes through identifying and implementing appropriate measures, leading on staff training and development, contributing to continuous service improvements, and undertaking the role of technical expert, providing advice and support as required.
The role requires assurances that daily business continuity is maintained through scheduling and processing of system batch job processes and completion of all daily maintenance tasks.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly to respond to the changing needs of the service.
What will you deliver?
- To provide technical guidance and expertise across the service area and to key stakeholders
- To manage the workload of staff as allocated within a performance management framework
- Manage the daily business continuity support and management information to ensure key project deliverables are maintained
- Manage a range of activities and annual processes to support the business
- Extract, analyse and present reports from complex data and assist in the interpretation of this data
- To participate in the development of initiatives for the improvement and promotion of the service as a whole and to keep up to date with ‘best practice’ across Revenues and Benefits

- To be aware of legislative changes affecting Revenues and Benefits and to assist in the interpretation, implementation and communication of new legislation and policy to staff, other stakeholders, and customers
