Suite à la conquête du nouveau marché SYDER en terrassement par notre agence Ineo Réseaux Auvergne Rhône-Alpes – VTC Sud, rattaché au Chef de chantier vous contribuerez à la construction de nos chantiers de terrassement souterrain avec pose de réseaux électrique, éclairage, IRVE, gaz et fibre dans le respect des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité.

 

Dans ce cadre, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :

 

  • Travaux souterrain avec pose de réseaux électrique, éclairage, gaz et télécoms,
  • Réalisation de bornes IRVE,
  • Conduite d’engins de terrassement,
  • Réalisation de massif coulé, peinture de places de parking,
  • Pose d'arceau/potelet,
  • Pose de panneau signalétique (comprenant carottage et bétonnage),
  • Balisage,
  • Lecture de DICT,
  • Respect des règles d’hygiène, sécurité sur les chantiers et port des EPI.

 

Des déplacements seront à prévoir sur le périmètre de l’agence.

 

Votre bagage :

 

De formation BEP à Bac pro  dans le domaine TP ou Electricité, vous justifiez de 3 à 5 années d’expérience sur un poste similaire,

 

Vous appréciez le travail en extérieur et en équipe,

 

Vous maitrisez les techniques du terrassement, vous avez connaissance des règles de sécurité et des normes de qualité en vigueur,

 

Doté d’un bon relationnel, vous êtes reconnu pour votre sérieux et votre rigueur,

 

Dynamisme, proactivité et esprit d’équipe sont autant d'atouts qui vous permettront d'évoluer dans le poste et au sein de nos équipes,

 

Vous êtes titulaire du permis B, Caces pelle,

Permis B et PL requis,

Maintenance Electrician

EQUANS are recruiting for Electrician to be a part of our exciting new VIVO contract in Brize Norton and surrounding areas. 

This is a permanent role working full time between the hours of 8am – 8pm Monday - Saturday. On offer is a competitive salary plus the opportunity to do overtime and on-call, a company van, and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • The role of an electrician will entail a variety of works carried out in domestic properties and a thorough understanding of typical domestic circuitry will be required. 
  • Electrical Installation
  • Maintenance and Fault Finding
  • Electrical Inspection, Testing and Condition Reporting
  • You will be front facing with our customers therefor proving professional customer service is key in this role
  • To wear appropriate clothing / uniform
  • To ensure areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the day

Multiskilled Maintenance Technician

EQUANS are recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Technician to join their on-site team at the University of Birmingham Student Accommodation project. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Please note this role is working as part of a shift pattern, half day shift (2pm-8pm) on Wednesday and 3 x12hr shifts (8am-8pm) Thur, Fri and Saturday. This will be discussed further at interview stage.

 

What will you deliver?

 

 

  • Provide initial response to all Reactive Maintenance requests during normal working hours (8:00 – 20:00) and Out of Hours as part of the On-call Out of Hours Rota
  • Quarterly shower head & hose cleaning in accordance with L8 requirements (full training will be provided)
  • Monthly temperature monitoring of Hot & Cold water systems
  • Weekly flushing of water outlets in all unoccupied rooms
  • Weekly fire alarm testing on the student accommodation
  • Bi-annual Fire Door inspections (full BRE Academy training will be provided), ensuring necessary adjustments are completed / faults & damage recorded accurately
  • Undertake regular visual inspections of building fabric, furniture, fixtures & fittings
  • Effect repairs to building fabric, furniture, fixtures & fittings where noted / when reported
  • Undertake minor repairs to faults reported within student bedrooms and shared kitchen facilities covering all elements of building Fabric, Fixtures & Fittings

Plasterer

Equans is looking for a Plasterer to join our team in Tonbridge and Malling on a 6 month, fixed term contract basis. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • To carry out project defined plastering work to a high standard as directed by the Site Manager.                                            
  • Preparing wall surfaces involving removal of existing coverings and ensuring all surfaces are level
  • Making repairs and correcting plasterwork
  • Apply or remove artex from ceilings and walls
  • Pebble dashing or applying sand or cement to external walls
  • Maintain and care for all company tools
  • Wear appropriate clothing and PPE specific to tasks
  • Ensure all areas of work are left clean and tidy at the end of the working day
  • Any other reasonable management request

Painter

Equans is looking for a Painter to join our team in Torness EH42 on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a salary or £35,324.12 per annum and Benefits package.

 

General overview

  • Undertake any painting duties, competent in the use of power tools etc.
  • Carry out all work safely and efficiently, as directed by supervisor/team leader.
  • Ensure all equipment used is done so to company and/or manufacturers standards
  • Attend Toolbox talks and undertake duties in accordance with the information given
  • Ensure compliance with Company and client Health, Safety, and Environmental rules
  • Report any accidents, near misses, health and safety, or environmental issues to Supervisor/Team leader immediately.
