Job summary:

Under the authority of the Assistant Facility Manager, performs diverse manual tasks concerning building maintenance and operations.

 

Responsabilities:

  • Execute preventative and corrective maintenance routines as assigned.
  • Interact with and direct external contractors as required.
  • Assist in maintaining the facilities in order to provide comfort to all occupants;
  • Complete scheduled Preventive and Corrective Maintenance tasks within agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLA);
  • Carry out daily inspections in the buildings;
  • Receive inquiry calls from client’s personnel, record in CMMS and take appropriate actions;
  • Support in small projects and minor repairs, such as patching and painting, tiling, flooring and minor plumbing and electrical repairs, (Non energized), carpentry and furniture moves;
  • Maintenance of all types of doors and their hardware;
  • Minor plumbing such as unclogging drains and faucet repairs;
  • General cleanup of the work areas and technical rooms;
  • Under minimal direction, work directly from the work orders provided from the CMMS;
  • Use hand and power tools and other equipment, as necessary, to complete assignments;
  • Follows all company safety and security procedures;
  • Enter and complete work orders utilizing the mobile CMMS provided;
  • Completes all other tasks required by his immediate supervisor.

Contexte

 

Rattaché(e) au Responsable de Projet et au Responsable d’Affaires, vous contribuez au respect des commandes d'approvisionnement et au suivi de la bonne exécution des chantiers.

 

Vos missions

 

Vous contribuez à la préparation et au suivi des chantiers sur les bases aériennes, de la notification de commande à la réception client / remise des livrables :

 

  • Travaux neufs et Exploitation Maintenance
  • Préparation des fichiers commandes
  • Réalisation des demandes d'achat sous SAP
  • Suivi des réceptions de commandes et des livraisons sur site
  • Suivi et mise à jour des plannings chantiers
  • Suivi du stock chantier, MCO et mise en place de synergies
  • Suivi des analyses de risques et des PP de chaque emprise.

 

  • Qualité projet
  • Rédaction des PV de recette chantier et évaluation sous-traitants
  • Contrôle des livrables en fin de chantier
  • Renseignement du fichier de suivi des demandes de travaux (DSNF)
  • Suivi des accès emprises INEO et sous-traitants + demandes d'accès annuels des MCO (vers le CCID)
  • Suivi des livrables chantier.

 

Des déplacements ponctuels France métropolitaine sont à prévoir (1 à 5 jours par mois).


Technical Services Manager

EQUANS are recruiting for a Technical Services Manager to be based at Woodland View Hospital. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.

The Technical Services management role acts as an ambassador for EQUANS, within one of our critical healthcare sites, having overall H&S and maintenance service responsibility for the contract. Reporting to the Account Manager, the TSM will be the site-based lead for all technical service delivery (both in house and contractor), compliance, client relationships, defect management, additional works, and variations.

What will you deliver?

  • Responsible for the management of the service delivery which meets / exceeds the needs of internal and external customers of the contract. 
  • Ensuring maintenance (planned & reactive) is carried out in line with budgetary and quality constraints and in line with agreed service levels and all relevant legislation.
  • Ensuring effective working relationships are enhanced with key stakeholders by regularly exceeding the standard of work delivered and coordinating the services activities across the site
  • Assist with producing a monthly report for both the client and customer, demonstrating service compliance of the contract and sector targets
  • Develop effective working relationships with functions, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors to improve site-based performance

Sommaire du poste :

Sous l'autorité du Gestionnaire de multi sites, le/la mécanicien(ne) de machines fixes ou d’entretien en bâtiment est responsable de la maintenance, l'entretien, la réparation des différents systèmes électromécaniques ainsi que de la gestion des installations des immeubles sous gestion. 

 

Description :

  • Connaît et comprend le fonctionnement des systèmes mécaniques, électriques, de plomberie des différents équipements visés par le mandat d’exploitation et en faire l’entretien;
  • Patrouille, inspecte quotidiennement via des rondes/tournées les différentes salles techniques afin d’identifier tout problème devant être corrigé et effectue des activités de maintenance et réparation avec l’outil GMAO (Planon);
  • Respecte et fait respecter toutes les politiques d’EQUANS;
  • Supervise le travail des sous-traitants d’EQUANS;
  • Répond aux demandes de service pour des problèmes d’entretien général durant les heures normales d’opération et fait partie de l’équipe qui assure le service pour les appels d’urgence 24 heures par jour, 7 jours par semaine (à discuter);
  • Prévient les intervenants lors de bris ou de défaut des équipements et systèmes et sécurise les lieux;
  • Exécute des travaux correctifs (bris) par des demandes d’actions correctives de travaux (DACT);
  • Interagit avec les différents intervenants sur les sites incluant entre autres : les représentants du client, les locataires, les agents de sécurité, autres usagers;
  • Fourni un service et suivi efficace permettant aux différents gestionnaires d’avoir une vue d’ensemble des correctifs à apporter;
  • Contribue à l’atteinte de la réduction de la consommation énergétique du complexe en suggérant des pistes de solution;
  • Supporte l'exploitation des systèmes de contrôle et des équipements relatifs au confort ambiant du bâtiment;
  • Réajuste les points de consigne à la suite d’une plainte de confort, optimise le système, réagit aux alarmes provenant du système BAS;
  • Entretien, répare et calibre, au besoin et selon les recommandations du manufacturier, les composantes du système de contrôle de nature; pneumatique, électrique, numérique et autres;
  • Programme (basic) des contrôles de nature; pneumatique, électrique, numérique et autres;
  • Diagnostique les problèmes de fonctionnement des systèmes électromécanique et fait rapport à son supérieur et apporte les correctifs;
  • Nettoie, maintient et entretient des salles techniques propres;
  • Vérifie quotidiennement les programmes de contrôle;
  • Remplace durant les vacances différents types de métier.

 

Performance         

  • Suggère toute modification visant à améliorer la protection et le fonctionnement des systèmes, ainsi que la qualité du milieu de vie;
  • Répond aux interventions d'urgence, de jour de nuit, samedi, dimanche et jour fériés visant la bonne marche des installations électromécaniques.

 

Service à la clientèle      

  • Répond à l’appel des clients concernant les plaintes de confort tel que : la température, l’humidité, l’entretien ménager et l’odeur et qualité de l'air.

  • Inspect /repair free standing and fitted furniture 
  • Inspect/clear drainage and gully systems

Security Officer

EQUANS are recruiting for a Security Officer to be based at two sites; Queen Elizabeth Hospital & The Zinnia Centre, both located in Birmingham.

This is a permanent, full-time role working 42 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The role will be based on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern consisting of 2 days working 0800 - 2000hrs at the Zinnia Centre and 2 nights working 2000 - 0800hrs at the QEHB, then 4 days off and repeat.

To provide a security visual deterrent, patrolling internal/external with a rapid response service to emergency, urgent and routine classifications.
