Assistant Estates Manager - Water

EQUANS are looking for an Assistant Estates Manager to join our team in Birmingham at the QE Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

 

The role holder will manage the water team ensuring that planned preventive maintenance, testing, breakdown maintenance and other maintenance related activities to the Estate are completed and records maintained.

 

What will you deliver?

  • To be fully conversant with and to work to the current regulations, codes of practice, Health & Safety regulations, HTMs, and all safety rules both Equans and Statutory.
  • To manage the water team, systems and plant across the estate ensuring they are fully compliant with current legislation and guidance.
  • To ensure logbooks and records are maintained, up to date, and available for audits/inspections as required.
  • To act as Responsible Person (RP) for Water Services across the Estate.
  • To attend the Water Safety Group as Equans RP.
  • Interpret and work from all instructions, drawings, and specifications appropriate to his/her own trade, without supervision.
  • To ensure that immediate corrective action is taken in the event of emergencies, so that the Trusts/client needs are met, to avoid danger to people, property, and service provision.
  • To provide as requested by management reports, calculations, and recommendations for the correct and efficient running of all plant and equipment.
  • To undertake additional and continual training in job skills and techniques that may be required to meet personal and organisational aims.
  • To undertake any other duties as requested by Management, to comply with Equans contact and KPI’s.
  • To take part in the out of hours on call rota

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience of working within a health care environment in a water role (desirable)
  • Legionella/TMV/Disinfection awareness and training
  • Supervisor or Management experience is essential.

  • The role is vital to ensure that the estate is maintained to a high compliant standard and that all statutory requirements are fully complied with and documented for all services and facilities under the control of the contract.
  • Evidence of working with Statutory Standards and Regulations and Department of Health requirements.

Technical Services Supervisor

EQUANS is looking for a Technical Services Supervisor to join our team in Portsmouth, PO3 5PU on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary dependent upon skills and experience and benefits package.

 

What will you deliver?

  • First line management/assist recruitment and maintain a team of technicians
  • Full understanding of statutory compliance requirements in a building fabric environment
  • Carry out engineer’s appraisals with line manager support as required
  • Attend client meetings as required
  • Deputise for Technical Services Manager (TSM) as required
  • Assist with arrangements for supervision/escorting of subcontractors and minimise the same
  • Obtain and assist team to obtain quotations for remedial works and small projects
  • Ensure day to day management, inspection and quality of in-house PPM activities
  • Assist Account Manager with strategic planning of PPM activities
  • Carry out regular analysis of current PPM regime across the portfolio to identify current trends & patterns to achieve effective & efficient delivery of engineering resource.
  • Assist with asset verification programmes
  • Day to day management of the reactive helpdesk activities with the office team
  • Day to day management and analysis of engineering team activity including management and allocation of PDAs, reporting of completed works through PDA and Planon use
  • Completion and management of risk assessments
  • Assisting the TSM with maintenance of the site-based logbook system with support from the site administrators
  • Responsible for management of SHEQ requirements including incident reporting, investigation and SPVs
  • Delivery of TBTs and other training
  • Help promote a culture of safety and near miss reporting
  • Vetting RAMS and safe systems of work when supervising subcontractors
  • Responsible for maintenance of the F-Gas register
  • Completion of AP process within your qualified trade and ensure others complete the same
  • Chasing progress updates on spares required for in-house repairs and other procured materials and equipment
  • Form part of a full TFM account delivery and adopt a one team working approach with all other service streams
  • Any other ad hoc task that are deemed necessary by the TSM and Account Manager for the service delivery of the account

Who are we looking for?

  • A Time Served Heating/Refrigeration/Air Conditioning technician with NVQ/C&G formal qualifications
  • Knowledge of a CAFM system – e.g. Planon, Maximo, Concept (Essential)
  • Knowledge of Trend/Cylon BMS systems (Essential)
  • L8 Awareness trained
  • Experience within the cleanroom/pharmaceutical environment

Vous souhaitez être un acteur régional dans l’accompagnement des opérationnels en Agence autour du Lean pour apporter, diffuser et ancrer les standards et ainsi dégager de la performance dans les métiers de l’installation et de la maintenance Génie Climatique ?

La Direction régionale AXIMA Génie Climatique recherche pour ses agences en Occitanie un :

Coordinateur Lean (F/H)

Poste basé à Montpellier ou Toulouse

Déplacements très réguliers à prévoir sur toute la Région 

 

Vos principales missions :

Accompagner le portefeuille de chantier LEAN de la prise de connaissance des organisations à la réception des transformations (estimation 90%)

Dans le un respect permanent des règles de sécurité, des règles de qualité, de satisfaction client et de performance financière :

  • Réaliser des diagnostics opérationnels, déterminer et suivre les plans de progrès générateurs de gains, de valeur ajoutée, de réduction de gaspillages, en appui des équipes,
  • Mettre en œuvre le grand standard de planification collaborative (LPS) du Lean, avec une forte orientation terrain, performance et réduction de la pénibilité,
  • Fiabiliser les flux de logistique chantier/contrat afin d’améliorer de façon significative la satisfaction client,
  • Organiser et coordonner le déploiement « Lean » et proposer les objectifs, feuilles de route et plans d’actions qui en découlent (animer des groupes de travail, des chantiers et des actions de sensibilisation ou de formation…)
  • Accompagner des équipes à la mise en œuvre des plans de progrès, dans un mode de fonctionnement « Lean » (bottom-up, intelligence collective, résolution de problèmes, pérennisation, etc.)
  • Être en appui sur le plan de performance des différentes composantes (ressources humaines, organisation, outils, méthodes, business, logistique, technique, pilotage…)
  • Suivre les clients internes pour garantir l’atteinte des objectifs et ancrer durablement les standards Lean Equans France

 

Garantir la mise en œuvre des règles Sécurité & Santé (estimation 10%)

  • Garantir la mise en œuvre des règles du Groupe sur l’ensemble des interventions
  • Aider les opérationnels dans la prise en compte des règles et obligations au quotidien
  • Réaliser des Visites Préventives de Sécurité

 

VOTRE PROFIL

Bac +3 à +5 technique (CVC, ingénierie …) avec une composante Lean, Méthodes, Industrialisation

2 ans minimum en expérience dans le bâtiment idéalement en CVC

Compétences attendues :

  • Connaissance du milieu du bâtiment et de ses activités : conception, industrialisation, préfabrication, logistique, montage…
