Sustainability Compliance Officer
Equans is looking for a Sustainability Compliance Officer to join our team in Sparkbrook, Birmingham on a permanent basis to support the Regional Sustainability Team in adhering to scheme delivery requirements in line with funding and accreditation requirements and maintaining the necessary associated accreditations.
This role will be responsible for collating, validating and preparing PAS 2030:2019 compliance paperwork to Clients, Energy Suppliers and Accreditation Bodies on a weekly basis, operating within contractual deadlines to ensure compliance This is a full time role. What will you deliver?
- Producing of all necessary paperwork associated with installation of Energy Efficiency measure in line with PAS 2030:2019 process
- Working closely with scheme Retrofit Coordinators ensuring PAS installation paperwork is provided in line with the main contract programmes
- Maintain a wide knowledge and understanding of the sector and pass this knowledge onto the wider regional team
- Provide compliance advice to regional delivery teams regarding energy efficiency measures
- To ensure that there are zero compliance failures resulting from poor and inaccurate submission information
- To ensure all Strategic Partner contractual deadlines are adhered to
- Engage with key supply chain partners to support the effective development and delivery of projects

Who are we looking for?
- Educated to A-level (or equivalent) in a related subject
- Knowledge of the energy sector
- Understanding of low carbon and energy efficiency technologies
- Prior experience delivering work under Government led incentive scheme
- Understand the Sustainability Sector, and the compliance requirements associated
- Driving licence and willingness to travel to sites

Assistant Sustainability Compliance Officer
Equans is looking for an Assistant Sustainability Complience Officer to join our team in Wath upon Dearne, South Yorkshire, on a permanent basis. This is a full time role to support the Regional Sustainability Team in adhering to PAS2030 installer accreditation standards on our funded retrofit schemes. Wil jij bijdragen in de transitie naar duurzame mobiliteit? Bij team E-Mobility zoeken wij een EMVI-schrijver. Een echte teamspeler die de klantvraag begrijpt en er energie van krijgt om deze te vertalen naar een winnende aanbiedingsstrategie.
Jouw werkomgeving
Team E-Mobility is de jongste en snelst groeiende tak van Equans, met grote ambities. Wij ontwerpen, installeren, onderhouden en financieren laadvoorzieningen voor elektrisch vervoer. Dit doen we met ongeveer 40 gedreven en energieke collega’s. Ons publieke laadnetwerk is inmiddels vertegenwoordigd in Rotterdam, Utrecht, Den Haag en Amsterdam en maakt elke dag voor duizenden automobilisten emissievrij vervoer mogelijk. Maar ook voor bedrijven plaatsen wij uiteenlopende laadinstallaties van AC en DC laadinfra. Zo dragen wij bij aan het energiesysteem van de toekomst.
Dit ga je doen als EMVI-schrijver
Als EMVI-schrijver bouw je samen met het tenderteam aan de winnende strategie voor tenders. Het ontleden van de klantvraag, deze vertalen naar een winnende aanpak en deze kunnen onderbouwen is hierbij belangrijk. De tendermanager is eindverantwoordelijk, maar jij weet het tenderteam te adviseren en te stimuleren samen de winnende strategie te ontwikkelen. Tevens vertaal je dit naar de gevraagde kwaliteitsplannen, wat een zeer belangrijk onderdeel is van aanbestedingen. Je kunt dus echt het verschil maken!
Jouw werk als EMVI-schrijver is zeer afwisselend. Zo werk je bijvoorbeeld aan een aanbesteding voor duizenden elektrische oplaadpunten of een voorstel voor een laadplein voor e-trucks bij een private partij. Je werkt nauw samen met partners, leveranciers en een groot aantal collega’s in het mede door jou samengestelde tenderteam. Je bent daarbij o.a. verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en coördineren van de kwaliteitsdocumenten (EMVI-plannen). Kortom: een zeer belangrijke rol aan het begin van mooie projecten!
Werkzaamheden:
- Contact met klanten door o.a. het bezoeken van marktdagen en beantwoorden van marktconsultaties
- Het analyseren van de klantvraag en het adviseren en stimuleren van het tenderteam bij inhoudelijke oplossingen die aansluiten bij de klantvraag in de tender
- Organiseren, begeleiden en borgen van sessies met tenderteams en andere relevante stakeholders om zo gezamenlijk tot creatieve en onderscheidende oplossingen te komen
- Het aan de hand van de gekozen tenderstrategie opstellen, coördineren en reviewen van de gevraagde EMVI-plannen
- Voorbereiden van dialooggesprekken en interviews met klanten
- Indien van toepassing verzorg je ook het procesmanagement, zoals het opstellen en handhaven van planningen
Wie ben jij?
Van nature ben je onderzoekend en nieuwsgierig ingesteld. Je kan werken met strakke deadlines en zet als dat nodig is net dat stapje extra om deze te halen. Je bent communicatief vaardig en in staat anderen te motiveren. Je bent creatief en kan oplossingen vertalen naar klantwaarde en haalt er plezier uit deze voor de klant pakkend in een plan op te schrijven. Je werkt gestructureerd en hebt een perfecte beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
- Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding op HBO/WO niveau
- Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal uitstekend en weet pakkende tekst te schrijven conform de eisen in de aanbesteding
- Je beschikt over een sterk analytisch en oplossingsgericht vermogen
- Je hebt minimaal 3-5 jaren relevante werkervaring, liefst binnen een (technische) project organisatie. Ervaring met aanbestedingen is een pré
- Je hebt affectie met aanbestedingen en technische dienstverlening. Ervaring in de infra en/of energie branche is een pré

- Een salaris tussen €3.750- en €6.500,- bruto per maand op basis van een 40-urige werkweek Het exacte salaris wordt bepaald op basis van jouw kennis, opleiding en ervaring

- advising:
- you advise the project management from specific expertise, both solicited and unsolicited, to adjust and support the process
- you review work method statements
- you make recommendations to project management, employees regarding production and working methods, the use of tools, appliances, and other tools, the design of workplaces, and substances that may pose a safety risk
- research:
- you systematically examine the workplace and actively detect possible improvements
- systems:
- you manage the permit system on the project and advise project manager on the implementation
- you draw up work permits
- you assist project manager in coordinating the project sim ops
- you keep permit plans up-to-date
- control:
- you support the hierarchical supervision of compliance with the permit system and optimize working conditions. To achieve this, you are present at the work location for 40% of the working time
- reporting:
- you report to Site manager
