What will you deliver?

To Provide industrial cleaning services (cleaning of floors, plant areas, fixtures and fittings) Additional duties include the provision of pumping services, leak management, forklift/tractor duties, banksmen duties and road sweeper operation. Driving, deliveries and porterage tasks will also be required at times. This may not be the extensive list of duties but training will be given for all duties.

Equans is recruiting for a Multiskilled Cleaning Operative to be based in Southbank Centre London SE1 8XX. This is a permanent, role working 30 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £17238 per annum.

 

Wed-Sun 1500-2200, 30 hours per week with one hour unpaid brea

 

The Role:

 

  • The Cleaner will undertake all aspects of general daily cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, mopping and toilet/ washroom facilities.

The primary purpose of the role is to work with the Communications Team to deliver a range of Marketing Communications activities in order to grow the business, increase brand awareness and increase customer value.

P&C is one of the UK divisions of EQUANS which provides refurbishment and new-build housing services to a broad range of public and private sector clients; and sustainable energy management.  You will be required to provide timely, high quality, practical and commercially focussed legal advice balancing legal risk with the commercial needs of the business.

This role reports directly to the Head of Legal for the P&C division but will work closely with the P&C legal and business teams especially business development, commercial and senior management and externally with counterparty legal advisers, external legal advisers, contract counterparties and customers.

Description :

  • Achat et gestion de l’inventaire
  • Commissionnaire (livraisons/ramassages à l’extérieur du bureau)
  • Effectuer les livraisons d’équipements et/ou matériaux aux chantiers
  • Réception/Expédition des marchandises
  • Maintien de la propreté et de l’organisation de l’entrepôt et de la cour
  • Autres tâches connexes

Exigences :

  • Diplôme d’étude secondaire
  • Permis de conduire (classe 5)
  • Bonne capacité physique
  • Connaissance des outils de la suite MS Office
