Overview

Required Experience:

Stock Controller
EQUANS is looking for a Stock Controller to join our team based in Worcester Royal Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working 25 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £13,546 per annum and benefits package.
General Overview
Reporting to the Support Services Manager, you will assist with the provision of Materials Management Service to include stock control, receipt & distribution of the Worcestershire Royal Hospital and associated areas in accordance with the contracted Service Level Agreement and ensure that the Company’s policies are upheld.
What will you deliver?
- Ensure full compliance at all times with health and safety regulations, precautions, safe working practices and Data Protection requirements
- Carry out a regular count of materially managed items, to an agreed schedule using a computerised stock control system (PDA)
- Produce electronic ‘top up’ orders according to procedures
- Carry out a regular count of and provide top up of sterile dressing packs, vacutainers, pathology items and patient wristbands
- Take receipt of goods from NHS Supply Chain
- Transport goods in a safe manner to designated wards/departments
- Check and put away stock on nominated wards/departments, noting and reporting discrepancies etc
- Ensure stock rotation for ‘top up’ lists as agreed with Line Manager
- Clean mailbox units associated with the Materials Management Service

General Overview
You will be working as part of our cross functional team providing administration and emergency and routine call handling/scheduling service for our client(s). You will be one of the first points of contact for our internal/external customers and suppliers, representing Equans, and will be ensuring that the information is correct and ready to manage. Working within our operational team you will be aiding all stakeholders needs through to completion. EQUANS is looking for an Administrator to join our team based in Kingston upon Thames, KT6 on a temporary basis (9 months maternity cover). This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £30,000 - £32,000 per annum based upon skills and experience as well as benefits package.
General Overview
The Administrator will assist the management team in the delivery of the overall contract in relation to service standards, service response, reporting, helpdesk and general management. Support the Facilities department in delivering a consistent and efficient service across the site including ensuring that all Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules are up to date and that any remedial works(s) are undertaken quickly.
This role plays a vital part in supporting the management team with the contract performance against KPIs and SLAs. This contract looks after halls of residence across two sites for Kingston University overseeing 1333 rooms with a few additional social buildings.
What will you deliver?
- Keep CAFM system up to date with real time data and jeopardy manage delivery
- Manage follow on works in the CAFM with halls/maintenance managers and subcontractors
- Ensure PPMs orders are placed for the year with suppliers and goods receipting process undertaken monthly
- Manage invoicing to the client and ensure DEBT is minimised
- Manage monthly overtime submission sheets
- Invoice vending machines and laundry services monthly
- Update contract compliance tracker with up-to-date information and flag any non-conformances with close out plan
- Ensure all subcontractor PPMs RAMS/competency certification are up-to-date and stored on SharePoint
- Ensure all subcontractors are inducted annually
- Record safety observation submissions on AIMS
- Ensure PPMs are carried out on time in line with the PPM Planner
- Checking subcontractors RAMS when working on site
- Assist the Account Manager in pulling together reporting for contractual reports
- Manage and make sure Zetasafe legionella system up to date and actioned any points.

Revenues Team Leader
EQUANS is looking for a Revenues Team Leader to join our team in Newcastle, NE27 on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £27,000 - £30,000, dependent upon skills and experience as well as benefits package.
General Overview
The position is responsible for managing and supervising a team of Revenues and Benefits Advisors in order to deliver the most effective and efficient outcomes for customers, ensuring adherence to agreed metrics and KPIs. A key role will be contributing to continuous improvements and supporting the Operations Manager to drive increased productivity and profit margins. Responsible for day to day performance management of the team, managing workload and adherence to quality requirements. An element of this role will be to undertake all aspects of administrative processing to deliver the full range of Revenues and Benefits services, acting as a point of escalation where needed. The post holder will be required to work flexibly to respond to the changing needs of the service.
What will you deliver?
- Provide excellent customer service through the delivery of easy to use accessible services and quality outcomes for customers
- Prepare and present cases on behalf of the Council at Appeals, Courts and Tribunals
- Supervise and support a team of Revenues and Benefits Advisors to deliver an effective and efficient operational service within statutory regulations, policies and procedures
- Provide a point of escalation in relation to customer enquiries and technical knowledge
- Verify, process and administer all aspects of Local Taxation including calculation of liability, award of council tax support, reductions and reliefs
- Verify, assess and award Housing Benefit, and Discretionary Hardship Payments
- Provide Billing, Collection and Enforcement in respect of all debts administered by the Revenues and Benefit Services
- Undertake quality checks to ensure adherence to requirements
- Manage performance of the team within a performance management framework
- Support and implement effective training to ensure continuous improvement and first point of contact resolution
- Contribute to the wider management team and overall performance of the Revenues and Benefits Service
- Support the implementation of new solutions to drive continuous efficiencies and service improvements and actively contribute to the long-term development of the service

Who are we looking for?
- Possess a recognised supervisory or management qualification (NVQ3 or equivalent) or has proven experience at a supervisory level within a similar service background
- Experience of working at a supervisory level within Revenues and Benefits (2 years minimum)
- Experience of supervising a team to deliver against key metrics, within a customer focused service area
- Experience of working with key ICT systems to deliver service outcomes e.g. Northgate RBH
- Awareness of relevant legislation and policies related to undertaking the role.

Administration Assistant
Equans is looking for an Administration Assistant to join our team at Sullom Voe Terminal Power Station in Shetland on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Provide cover for the Administrator
- Provide administration duties as directed by the Administrator or members of the Management Team, these duties will include but not be limited to typing, filing, minute taking, issue of items under the control of the administration team and receiving of mail
- Maintain documents and controlled procedures within the document archive room
- Organise training as required and ensure staff records are updated
- Provide an effective service for management of security induction forms and the booking of inductions, arranging flights, conferences, hotels, hire vehicles, etc.
- Ensure all requirements for staff and contractor time sheets and data information to Payroll is provided in line with submission requirements (time, accuracy, consistency)
- Raise purchase orders when requested to do so and manage all incoming and outgoing invoices when required

Equans is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary of £25,440 - £27,560 per annum dependant on experience and skills as well as company benefits package.
General Overview:
Customer Service team leaders are responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Advisors delivering excellent customer outcomes. Team leader’s drive productivity and ensure the delivery of high quality, cost-effective services through supporting continuous improvement.
Our Team leaders are an integral part of the leadership of the Customer Service team maintaining morale and facilitating excellent communications. The primary accountability for this role will be to support EQUANS’s Facilities Management Helpdesk located at our Shared Service Centre (SSC).
The team leader will also act as an SME and point of escalation for customer enquiries therefore a sound knowledge of the facilities management market is desirable.
The post holder will be required to work flexibly with variable hours of work to respond to the changing needs of the service. Occasional travel to other sites may also be required as part of the role.
