  • élaborer et/ou optimiser les plans de maintenance
    • découpes machines, criticité des équipements, modes de défaillance
    • préconiser les tâches de maintenance et rédiger les instructions techniques
  • gérer les pièces de rechange et leur stock
    • relevés sur site, doc technique, fiches techniques
    • codification et introduction la GMAO des clients
    • paramètres de gestion en stock des PDR
  • former et assister le client dans la mise en œuvre des bonnes pratiques
    • gérer et prioriser un backlog de travaux
    • préparer et planifier des travaux dans les règles de l'art
    • piloter au travers de KPI (choix des KPI, implémentation, suivi…)
    • analyser les causes primaires des défaillances (ADC, WhyWhy, Ishikawa…)
  • former et assister le client dans l'utilisation des outils de gestion (GMAO)
    • utiliser des bons de travaux (ordre de travail)
    • créer et déclencher des plans de maintenance
    • gérer des pièces de rechange (codification, gestion des stocks et des réparables)
    • planifier la charge

 
Sommes-nous un « match » ?

  • vous avez un bachelier en maintenance/fiabilité/électromécanique/électricité, OU un master d’Ingénieur industriel électromécanique/électricité
  • vous maîtrisez des méthodologies telles que :
    • RCM FMECA
    • analyse de criticité
    • analyse des modes de défaillances
  • la connaissance des éléments suivants est un atout :
    • logiciel SAP-PM
    • softwares tels que MPB, RCA
    • méthodologies de fiabilité comme Root-Cause Analysis, Pareto, Gestion des PDR
    • méthodologies de magasinage, suivis de KPI’s : OEE, MTBF, MTTF, MTTR, LCM, LCC 
  • vous avez de l’expérience en élaboration de plans de maintenance
  • vous savez lire, comprendre, et modifier des schémas de type P&ID, électriques…
  • vous avez une connaissance technique générale des équipements et matériels industriels : pompes, ventilateurs, convoyeurs, vérin, organes de transmission, instrumentation et mesures
  • vous avez une bonne organisation, proactivité, rigourosité et autonomie dans vos tâches
  • vous avez le contact facile avec les clients
  • la sécurité est votre priorité #1
  • vous maîtrisez le français et la compréhension de l’anglais écrit. La connaissance du néerlandais et de l’anglais est un atout

Sommaire du poste :

Sous l'autorité du gestionnaire de site, le titulaire est responsable du bon fonctionnement de tous les équipements électromécaniques et doit voir au bon déroulement des activités relatives à la maintenance, à l'entretien, et à la réparation de ceux-ci dans l’édifice sous gestion et plus particulièrement tous les systèmes de chauffage à vapeur haute pression, les systèmes de refroidissement, ventilation, pompage.

 

Description :

  • Opération de la centrale thermique (centrale classée 2A).
  • Diagnostiquer les déficiences des systèmes CVAC et identifier les solutions.
  • Effectuer les réparations mécaniques sur les équipements, tel que: regarnir les pompes, changer les roulements, les coussinets et poulies, faire les alignements, lubrifier les paliers, remplacer les joints d'étanchéité, rebâtir les soupapes pneumatiques, changer les courroies de transmission, etc.;
  • Effectuer les réparations sur les contrôles pneumatiques.  Interpréter les diagrammes pneumatiques, ainsi que les séquences de contrôle. 
  • Vérifier, réparer, ajuster ou calibrer les différentes composantes: transmetteur, contrôleur, soupapes, moteur, positionneur, sonde, relais, P.R.V., thermostat, etc.
  • Lire et interpréter les plans du bâtiment.
  • Assurer l'entretien préventif des équipements à l'aide d'un système d'entretien planifié informatisé (GMAO).
  • Répondre aux appels de service des locataires concernant le CVAC.
  • Faire le suivi sur les travaux de mécanique donnés en sous-traitance.
  • Effectuer des travaux mineurs de plomberie et de soudure.
  • Entretenir les ateliers et les salles mécaniques.
  • Responsable du traitement chimique des eaux (tours de refroidissement, chaudières, eau refroidie et de chauffage, etc.)
  • Effectuer le remplacement du personnel d’opération lors de vacances, maladie, etc. (opération 24h/365jrs).
  • Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe à la demande du supérieur immédiat.

 

 

Exigences :

 

  • D.E.P. en mécanique de machines fixes;
  • Certificat de mécanicien de machines fixes- Emploi Québec;   
  • Classe 3 en chauffage (ou 4 éligible à l’examen dans un délai raisonnable);
  • Classe B en réfrigération;
  • Trois ans d’expérience dans le bâtiment;
  • Bonne connaissance de la régulation pneumatique et numérique;
  • Connaissance en électricité (moyenne et basse tension);
  • Connaissance en soudure électrique et au gaz;
  • Accepter de travailler sur des quarts de travail en rotation (12 heures par jour horaire rotatif jour/nuit de 3-2-2-3 sur une base de 40 heures par semaine sur 4 semaines);
  • Apte à se qualifier à un examen de connaissances techniques;
  • Apte à se qualifier à un examen médical.

EQUANS are recruiting for a Shift Leader to be based in Canary Wharf to join our team of engineers, all part of our contract with Clifford Chance working in a well-known part of London for a very reputable company. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £43,000 - £48,000, dependent on skills and experience and benefits package.

 

What will you deliver?

 

  • Supervising the day-to-day operation and maintenance and the team. Includes Subbie supervision where required
  • To ensure all teams PPM and repairs are carried out as necessary
  • Required to safely operate and maintain the HVAC, HV, L8, Mechanical and Electrical systems and associated equipment on site
  • Maintaining a good working relationship with our customer representatives and work in a manner which ensures that all aspects of the service agreement between EQUANS & partners
  • Responsible for first line review of Risk Assessments and Method Statements, including EQUANS Contractors
  • Adhere to Safe systems of work, this includes harness, lanyards, steps and tool checks
  • Ordering of parts for any reactive or planned works
  • Provide technical support to the customer on all M&E aspects

Multi-Skilled Engineer

EQUANS are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Engineer to be based in Otterbourne, Winchester working on our Southern Water contract covering multiple sites in the Hampshire area. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week, there is also a requirement to be part of an on-call rota with this currently being 1 in 5. You will work closely with the Southern Water Helpdesk to deliver high working standards and safe maintenance practices in the delivery of the TFM (Total Facilities Management) services, to deliver on the terms of the Southern Water contract.

We are looking for someone who can join the team and produce high quality building maintenance work keeping in line with the standards required working for EQUANS and Southern Water. As a Multi-Skilled Engineer working across sites in the Hampshire area you will be part of a team of skilled engineers as the face of EQUANS, so good customer service skills will be essential.

 

What will you deliver?

 

  • You will ensure that routine PPM is carried out to all mechanical and electrical plant equipment
  • Ensure that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made
  • Any plant faults and defects are always swiftly remedied to maintain smooth running of plant operations
  • Complete Method Statements and Risk Assessments & that they are always prepared and used for all tasks undertaken
  • Develop & maintain a good working relationship with all members of EQUANS staff, subcontractors and the client representatives
  • Ensure the provision of a Safe and Healthy working environment. To include the wearing of uniform and PPE at all times
  • Present a professional image of EQUANS to clients at all times
  • You will be required to provide engineering support in emergency situations to ensure business and operational continuity

Day Supervisor

EQUANS are recruiting for a Day Supervisor to be based at AstraZeneca CHP in Macclesfield. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

 

What will you deliver?

 

 

 

  • Carry out, or assist other in carrying out, maintenance, fault finding, repair, de-commissioning and re-commissioning on a wide range Electrical, Mechanical and Control and Instrumentation equipment at the Site CHP plant and associated remote sites, ensuring that all equipment is correctly operated and maintained to maximise plant operation efficiency and the safety of personnel at all times
  • Perform duties and ensure others in the Team perform their duties in compliance with all applicable company and site safety rules, procedures and guidelines
  • Provide local leadership team support for the Contract Manager
  • Lead, manage and mentor all direct reports ensuring adequate training and development to maintain skill set, competency and succession
  • Reporting to the EQUANS Operations Manager, the Day Supervisor shall undertake the role with minimum supervision, maintaining a flexible approach, focussing on the needs of the Client and effectively following the quality processes and procedures put in place, including pro-actively identifying areas for improvement

Lead Shift Engineer

EQUANS are recruiting for two Lead Shift Engineer's to be based at Wembley Stadium, one of the roles is Electrical biased and the other is Air Conditioning biased. These are permanent full-time roles working 38.5 hours per week, based on working four on four off covering 07:00 - 19:00 & 19:00-07:00. The general overview of the role is to be the Shift Leader in delivering Planned and Reactive Mechanical and Electrical services to the site. To coordinate all resources and stakeholders to deliver a high level of service to clients with maximum efficiency and in a safe, sustainable and collaborative manner.

  • Ensure that routine PPM is carried out to all mechanical and electrical plant in accordance with Site task schedules and asset lists
  • Guarantee that reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed, and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made
  • Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order at all times
  • Responsible for making sure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works
  • Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works and that it is passed without delay to the contract Administrator
  • Guarantee that Method Statements and Risk Assessments are prepared, and used for all tasks undertaken to ensure safe working practices at all times

What will you deliver?

 

  • Supervise works undertaken by EQUANS in-house staff and the company’s service partners. Ensuring that the quality of the service reaches the necessary standard, within the appropriate time scales and according to the budget of the contract

Senior Shift Engineer

EQUANS are recruiting for a Senior Shift Engineer to be based at St James Hospital, Leeds. We will look at candidates from either an Electrical or Mechanical background for this post. This is a permanent full-time role working 42 hours per week. The shift rota is as follows: Four days on - 06.00 to 18.00 followed by four days off and then four nights on - 18.00 to 06.00 followed by four days off.

Site Operations Risk Controller (SORC)

EQUANS are recruiting for an Electrical bias Site Operations Risk Controller (SORC) to be based in London. This is a permanent full-time role working 42 hours per week based on a 12-hour continental shift pattern, including days & nights. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The main overview of the role is the provision of all round engineering support, maintaining the Operational Assets.  You should have a detailed understanding of all new or current building services systems and contingency procedures within the buildings, and also complying with the Health & Safety/building codes of practice.

 

What will you deliver?

 

 

  • Supervise, coordinate and manage the Site Technicians, ensuring that the Operational Team undertake PPM or reactive works in accordance with the agreed timescale, providing technical support and leadership for the site Technicians
  • Allocate PPM tasks to operations technicians
  • Operate all systems within the buildings in a competent, effective and efficient manner (including HV operations)
  • Control all activities being undertaken within the campus buildings. Liaising with the Site Personnel to make them aware of d Specialist Service Provider visits prepare and have approved Standard Operating Procedures/PTW in advance of these visits
  • Ensure that Specialist Service Provider (SSP) worksheets are signed off where necessary that quality of work has been inspected and recommendations are escalated to the Site Management Team
  • Maintain effective shift handovers including critical plant status, plant isolations, issues arising, ongoing works, special task requests, and standard of housekeeping
  • Ensure any parts required are clearly and accurately stated and any difficulties encountered on engineering activities are reported to the ESM
