Sommaire du poste

Sous l’autorité du superviseur entretien général et évènement, le titulaire agit comme représentant de la Société auprès des locataires occupant de l’immeubles qui lui sont confiés et d’effectuer des travaux comportant l’accomplissement de diverses tâches manuelles reliées à l’entretien de l’immeubles et aux évènements.

Description

Effectuer divers travaux de montage/démontage d’évènement, installation de bancs, bannières ou autres.
De transport de mobilier entre les espaces (salles de rencontre, bureaux, salles de réunion, salle de spectacles, réception ou festivals;
Du déneigement (en complément au contrat de déneigement; ex : pelletage et épandage de fondants, déneigement des accès aux festivales et aux unités sur les toitures);
Des tâches de nettoyage (en complément de l’entretien ménager régulier) incluant les stationnements intérieurs, les salles de spectacles, les aires communes et l’Esplanade extérieur.
De la manutention, réparation et modification de mobilier;
De l’installation d’affichage et de signalisation intérieur et extérieur;
De l’inventaire de la quincaillerie,
De toute autre tâche n’exigeant pas une main-d’œuvre spécialisée (ex;
Exceptionnellement, les journaliers peuvent être demandés pour commencer avant 6h00 le matin pour la mise en place de signalisation intérieur et extérieur ou pour la préparation de salle;
Appeler à travailler de jour, soir et fin de semaine.
Remplir correctement les bons de travail préventifs et correctif qui lui sont confié et les transmettre au superviseur dans les délais impartis;
Tout autres travaux en lien avec son corps de métier.

Être autorisé à travailler au Canada;

Détenir un diplôme d’études secondaires (D.E.S.);
Expérience de travail pertinente, aucune qualification particulière;

Dit ga je doen als Junior Sustainability Specialist

Als Junior Sustainability Specialist binnen de MVO-afdeling bij Equans NL streef je altijd naar verbetering en ben je een initiatiefrijke spil bij interne en externe stakeholderactiviteiten. Senior Business Development Manager

Equans is looking for a 2 x Senior Business Development Managers to join our Smart Buildings team in the UK on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.

The Senior Business Development Manager –will be accountable for owning the business development lifecycle to win profitable new contracts / projects within the Smart Buildings Space. The focus of the role is primarily on the sale of Smart Buildings Sector in the market with a order book value typically between £150k to £2m.

The role will support the growth of the Sector taking responsibility for sector strategies and pipeline development, providing guidance and mentoring to other members of the sales team. The role will lead the bidding team drawn from all parts of the organisation.

What will you deliver?

Own, develop and manage pipeline of sales opportunities that will meet personal and team sales targets for the next 2 to 3 years on a rolling basis.
Actively maintain a strong knowledge on Equans, industry, client, sector and competitor trends
Work with a variety of internal, externa l and sister company sources to research and analyse prospective opportunities, markets and propositions
Actively manage the routes to market and Identify and attend networking events
Engage and nurture relationships across the industry which will generate new business opportunities
Keep all stakeholders informed as opportunities progress through the cycle
Lead the team for each of their bid submission process to ensure deadlines are met with high quality outputs.
Ensure client insights/needs are included within our solutions
Comply with all pre-bid governance processes to ensure authority to proceed
Ensure all stakeholders are briefed on submissions as they progress
Work closely with the Solution Architect, Software and Hardware and Operations teams to ensure that the technical solution for each customer is approved
Lead opportunities through to financial and commercial closure with the client
Lead the smooth hand over to Development and operational teams
Leads internal governance at BUCC, UK CC and Group CC levels

Who are we looking for?

Significant experience in Business Development with strong understanding of Smart Buildings and BMS
University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) in Business Administration, or a related engineering discipline plus generally twelve years related experience. MBA preferred
Familiarity with building technologies such as HVAC, lighting, energy, etc.; Systems Integration experience is a plus.
Broad awareness of the smart buildings sector: key drivers and challenges, key players, and the government policy and regulatory environment.
Preferred experience either procuring services as building owner designate or selling services to building owners.
Influencing and interpersonal skills with proven ability to quickly build relationships with customers.
Organisational and project management skills with the ability to lead teams and work under pressure to strict deadlines
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail

Minor Works Fabric Apprentice

EQUANS is looking for a Building Fabric Apprentice to join our team in Crewe on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

This role is working as a trainee fabric engineer as part of the minor works team on EQUANS Cheshire-East Council contract.

The primary purpose of the role is to carry out installation/ refurbishment and repair works on a variety of fabric assets and decoratition works ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications and Equans processes and procedures.

What will you deliver?

Surface repairs – Including but not limited to Inspection/repair of floor coverings/ walls, ceilings and roofs carrying put plastering/ installation of pre-finshed wall coverings/ Joinery and roofing covering repair works. Installation of suspended ceiling systems and adaptation thereof.
Inspect /repair/ installation and manufacture of free standing and fitted furniture – Joinery works
Inspect/ clear drainage and gully systems – including installation and adaptation of drainage networks and connection there of to kitchen/ washroom/ WC facilities.
Joinery Works including but limited to - Inspect/repair and installation of doors (Inc. Fire Doors)/ windows/ Kitchens/ cabinets/ shelving/ funtiture/ bathroom privacy panels and fencing works.
Painting, re-decorating surface finishes from walls/ floors ceilings with different paint systems/ wall paper and applying remedial treatments for damp/ mould efflorescence etc.
Plumbing works including but not limited to connection of new washroom/ kitchen and WC acilities to existing networks, altering systems to suit new configurations.
Assist engineering staff in a wide range of duties as required to a varying portfolio of buildings from office accommodation/ sports facilities/ public WC/ listed buildings and everything in between.
General site services; to include, sweeping and tidying assisting in carrying materials/ installation of bulky/ heavy materials and keeping the sites and depot in a tidy/ clean condition.
Carry out Ad-Hoc activities supporting Equans and Client team including Moves/ Changes/ helping out
with CSR days to benefit the community in which we live.

Qualifications or Required Experience:

Demonstrable experience in either carpentry, painting, plumbing, or flooring in a construction, repair or maintenance environment is highly desirable for this role.

Wat kun je verwachten

Natuurlijk leggen we uit wat Equans doet en hoe het programma van de Business en Technisch traineeships is opgebouwd. Een van onze huidige trainees deelt zijn/haar ervaringen bij Equans. Hierna ga je onder begeleiding van een oud trainee samen met de andere deelnemers aan de slag met een case om het werkveld van Equans te leren kennen. Je kunt zo inzicht krijgen in de dynamiek van ons bedrijf. We sluiten de dag af met een gezellige borrel.

Faults Manager

Equans is looking for a Faults Manager to join our Electric Vehicle (EV) team on a Hybrid basis in the UK. This is a permanent, full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is an annual salary of up to £50,000, company vehicle, bonus and benefits package.

The Faults Manager is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and operation of all of our national public and private EV chargers connected to the GeniePoint back office system.

The Faults Manager will be liaising on a day to day basis with hardware suppliers and field engineers to drive the best customer experience and ensuring 99% network uptime and reliability is at the forefront. The Technical Support Manager will lead a team of Network Support Agents and subcontracted field engineers to provide proactive and reactive maintenance support for our network.

We are looking for a pro-active individual, who can perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, this is an exciting opportunity where no 2 days are the same - our industry leading team want to hear from YOU!

What will you deliver?

Delivery of first and second-line technical support to EV drivers and engineers.
Managing the commissioning of new chargers on to the CPMS – acceptance testing before chargers go live
Managing the network including online monitoring, identifying and handling incidents (faults) that interrupt charge point functionality.
Managing the resources available to deliver maximum impact through prioritisation of work
Responsible for trend analysis and investigation of gaps in uptime; identifying issues and leading the team to resolve them
Responsible for the assignment of fault tickets to field engineers for field repairs in line with SLAs and drive network uptime.
Managing the planning and scheduling PPM with sub-contractors
Coordinate and collaborate with other technical managers in IT and
Development. Testing and rolling out new firmware for improvements and bug fixes
Direct and coordinate troubleshooting and root cause analysis and makes recommendations regarding improvements to existing SOPs and development of new SOPs.
Implement process improvements and training for O&M staff to
improve troubleshooting and remediation skills
Tracking RMA’s with hardware suppliers for reactive maintenance parts and critical chargers. Cross checking invoices and applying warranty recharges for warranty related call outs.
Carry out stock checks, responsible for replenishment of warranty stock.
Increasing revenue income received from out of warranty maintenance and reactive works on private sites
Identifying and escalating priority issues internally to senior management
Identifying new trends / insights and escalating them as necessary to hardware manufacturers

Maintenance Manager

EQUANS is looking for a Maintenance Manager to join our team at Battersea Power Station in London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.

This position is for an experienced Maintenance Manager to plan and co-ordinate works for a team of M+E Engineers of a 24/7 District Energy Heating and Chilling sites. The Maintenance Manager will support the operation and maintenance of district heating scheme generation and distribution equipment which consists of large scale boiler, CHP and chilling plant, plus the distribution network and primary supply substations.

The ideal candidate will ideally have some previous experience in this field and must have experience of managing a team of engineers. A good understanding of operations and maintenance, particularly in the field of CHP, heating / chilling plant and distribution systems on a commercial / industrial level is essential as well as practical experience with IT related monitoring systems.

The candidate will have previous hands-on experience in this field and the relevant industry qualifications. A good understanding of pro-active operations and maintenance, boiler plant and distribution systems on a commercial/industrial level is required as is experience of managing service engineers.

This job is exciting, varied and rewarding, but will require commitment, flexibility and a proactive approach. The suitable person must also be reliable and trustworthy.

What will you deliver?

Demonstrate the ability to maintain plant and equipment to agreed specifications and operation.
Ensure work is allocated to the engineers based upon their skill, training and work-load.
Manage the site planned maintenance system with the technical administrator.
Manage engineers to ensure efficient and effective completion of planned and reactive works in a polite and efficient manner, escalating where necessary.
Ensure site is compliant with L8.
Approve and ensure engineers completion of sickness and holiday forms and that cover is in place for all holiday requests.
Maintain and monitor call out Rota and management of pool vehicle’s if required.
Support, where necessary, the Operations Manager in relationships with the Client and attend meetings as directed by the Operations Manager.
Ensure minimum manning levels are achieved for shift and day work operations by managing all leave and absence.
Assess workload, establishing priorities and assigning work to designated Engineers and Operatives.
Manage subcontractors work on-site
Place Purchase orders within DLA.
Maintain safety standards and ensure the SSOF is enforced on site.

Who are we looking for?

Appropriate technical qualifications: appropriate City + Guilds mechanical or electrical or equivalent, ACS
Hands on experience with reciprocating engine CHP operation and maintenance

Dit ga je doen als Business Trainee bij Equans

Als Business Trainee krijg je de kans om binnen korte tijd veel te leren en jezelf te ontwikkelen. In anderhalf jaar tijd willen we jou zoveel mogelijk van onze werkzaamheden laten zien en draai je mee in verschillende operationele teams bij klanten in de regio. Je kunt meewerken op een afdeling of je rouleert over een aantal afdelingen heen. Dit doe je aan de hand van een op maat gemaakt programma, waarbij je altijd dicht bij de praktijk staat. De inhoud stemmen we samen af en sluit aan bij jouw persoonlijke ontwikkelbehoefte, interesses en achtergrond. Hierbij kun je rekenen op jouw traineebegeleider, die je ondersteunt en coacht bij de uitvoering van je opdrachten én je persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Bovendien koppelen wij je aan een buddy, zoals een (oud-)trainee, die je snel wegwijs kan maken in de organisatie.

Aandacht voor jouw ontwikkeling

Samen met je traineebegeleider stel je een persoonlijk ontwikkelplan op waarbij jij aangeeft waar je tijdens het Traineeship op persoonlijk vlak aan wilt werken. Daarnaast volg je tijdens het Traineeship een intensief opleidings- en ontwikkeltraject. Dit doe je samen andere Trainees. Deze sessies dragen bij aan jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling, versnellen je groei, vergroten je netwerk en verdiepen je kennis op organisatorisch vlak. Tenslotte bieden we nog een ruim aanbod van business workshops aan, zoals Veiligheid, MVO en andere belangrijke business thema’s binnen Equans.

Techniek als basis

Het Business Traineeship bied je de mogelijkheid om alle activiteiten te ontdekken. De basis hiervoor voor ons blijft natuurlijk wel de techniek. Gedurende de gehele traineeship zullen we je meenemen wat die techniek bij ons precies inhoudt. Dat betekent; werkschoenen aan, voeten in de klei en meedraaien met onze technici in het veld. Lekker praktisch dus. Veel doen, veel leren, vragen stellen en aanpakken. Gelukkig is dit voor jou geen probleem, jij wilt namelijk niets liever!

Samen toewerken naar jouw droombaan

Wanneer je het Business Traineeship succesvol hebt afgerond, kun je binnen Equans aan de slag op een uitdagende functie die past bij jouw ambitie en carrière pad. Weet je nog niet precies in welke richting je wilt ontwikkelen en hoe? Geen probleem! Samen werken we ernaartoe om je de mogelijkheden te laten zien maar zeker ook om je richting te geven naar een concrete functie die bij je past. Maar misschien weet jij al precies wat je wilt, dan helpen we je om hier te komen. De uitstroomrichting kan dus alle kanten op: van een ‘spin in het web’ in een coördinerende rol, een (toekomstig) leidinggevende rol of toch meer in de richting van een technisch adviseur/consultant. Denk hierbij aan een concrete rol binnen een projectteam, als bijvoorbeeld een Projectleider, Contractmanager, Asset Engineer of een Commerciële rol.
