Job Summary
The General Manager is responsible for the management, coordination and financial control and performance of the Public-Private Partnership (P3) Service Contract. The Facility Manager will lead a diverse team responsible for overachieving on metrics including but not limited to Customer Service, Plant Operations and Maintenance, Safety, Financial Performance and Employee Engagement.
Responsibilities
- Strong ability to establish and maintain effective business relationships with customers, suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction;
- Prepare and present regular analysis of progress measuring the achievement of established objectives. Provide rationale for variances and recommended modifications/ solutions;
- Demonstrate fiscal prudence by completing weekly financial forecasting and justifying any deviations from the established budget;
- Utilize KPIs to support effective decision making and drive financial and operational results;
- As a Key Individual; serve as the Equans site representative; supervise, train and mentor the site team to ensure compliance with all provisions of the Project Agreement (PA) and the Facility Management Service Agreement (FMSA);
- Develop initiatives to reduce costs, improve efficiencies and drive quality in Service delivery;
- Manage unionized team, negotiate local provisions collective agreements and adopt provincially ratified agreements;
- Identify opportunities to initiate new, or improve existing contracts;
- Build and manage positive relationships with existing and potential customers;
- Develop and meet budgeted revenue and expense targets;
- Develop and achieve annual and quarterly goals and objectives for process improvements;
- Develop management practices that promote operations excellence;
- Monitor established performance indicators, identify gaps and drive improvement in results;
- Actively lead and participate in the prevention of accidents and promote a safe working environment by ensuring adherence to applicable HSE policies and procedures;
- Develop and maintain inventory management program for all materials, tools and equipment;
- Ensure adherence to Procurement Guidelines with respect to purchasing services, materials and equipment;
- Be a champion of Continuous Improvement and Client Excellence.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in Canada;
- Minimum ten (10) years experience of progressive facilities maintenance from the trades or through education (any relevant degree, diploma or experience will be evaluated);
- Experience in working in large state of the art infrastructure with complex building systems- ideally within a hospital environment;
- Strong Technical, Business and Financial acumen;
- Experience in building business cases to support capital expenditures;
- Experience in effectively managing within a unionized environment;
- Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. He/she is flexible with a demonstrated ability to make sound decisions. The role requires a customer centric individual who can build and maintain strategic working relationships. Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure. Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness is mandatory;

Senior Project Manager
Equans is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Birmingham Location on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
The post holder will report to the Operations Director and will be responsible for coordinating the Projects activities as instructed by our client in accordance with the EQUANS contract at Birmingham City and Sandwell Hospital.
You will be responsible for the development, production and approvals of relevant Project Management processes to ensure Work Packages are appropriately controlled and delivered in line with client brief and budget constraints. The post holder will also collaborate and co-operate with Trust Capital Project Team and other Stakeholders to deliver customer focused, cost effective and cohesive service.
What will you deliver?
- Manage the complete delivery of lifecycle and variation projects across the hospital complex to high standards and hold responsibility for the budgeting and programming.
- Act as the key point of contact for the project(s) liaising with the client project managers, stakeholders and operational colleagues in relation to project activity.
- Manage all phases of the project, from instruction to close out, to meet all contractual requirements.
- Manage designated projects to meet company objectives post-contract with an input into pre-contract requirements emphasising customer care and business excellence.
- Ensure projects are safely delivered on time, to budget and achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Make sure project risks are identified and managed through effective mitigation measures. Manage the implementation of designated projects. Ensure the project plan is maintained from inception to completion.

Votre profil ?
👩🎓 De formation supérieure de Bac+4 à cycle Ingénieur, vous avez acquis une expérience significative de plus de 5 ans dans un poste similaire.
📋 Vous connaissez impérativement les spécificités des contrats de maintenance multi-techniques (HT-BT) ainsi qu’en courant faible.
🤝 Vous êtes rigoureux, vous avez à coeur d'accompagner vos clients et savez faire preuve d'assertivité pour piloter la relation client, vous aimez entreprendre et travailler en équipe !

Contract Manager
Equans is looking for a Conract Manager to join our team in the North East region on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- To ensure compliance with all statutory and company procedures across the stakeholder groups
- Ensure that all risks relating to (SHEQ) safety, health, environment and quality are effectively managed through the use of RAMS, PPE, training and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment for employees, clients and end users
- Develop effective working relationships with operational personnel, business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors to improve contractual operational performance.
- Develop meaningful and sustainable relationships with the Client and related Client organisations
- Manage the client service delivery, which is spread over a number of locations, by ensuring all available resources work in a collaborative manner
- Agree and maintain a clear business plan for the appointed contract
- Set, monitor and control SLA’s and KPI’s seeking opportunities to provide added value across the delivery stakeholders
- Ensure mobile personnel manage the contract to the agreed SLA’s and KPI’s as they apply to technical and related services.
- work with the mobile teams in planning, implementing and monitoring the standards of all works relating to the PPM schedule and all reactive works
- Accountable for the financial performance of the contract and the review the monthly audit checks demonstrating legislative compliance within scope of service delivery streams and to escalate to the Account Manager as necessary
- Develop and Monitor direct reports through training and regular reviews

Senior Project Manager
Equans is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team in Stoke-on-Trent on a fixed term basis for 12 months. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The Hand-back Senior Project Manager will have ultimate accountability for the performance and delivery of the PFI Hand-back works program including the delivery of individual projects plans in conjunction with the Hand-back Resources, EQUANS Supply Chain and Stoke Schools Operational Teams.
What will you deliver?
- Produce and maintain overall Project delivery plan that incorporates all elements from Pre-construction, delivery, and handover of works for each phase of the hand-back works program.
- Develop effective customer relationships and act as point of escalation for Hand-back works activities with clients, project Co, departments agencies and public bodies.
- Work in accordance with internal commercial & procurement governance ensuring the adoption of internal policies and procedures.
- Internal & External progress and risk reporting on hand-back works at strategic and project level.
- Management of EQUANS Minor Works Framework supplier relationships and performance.
- To lead the specific hand-back projects program collaborating with Operational teams to ensure that the Hand-back projects are delivered successfully in line with the program including:
- Reviewing Hand-back Surveys undertaken by project Co and or Authorities to ensure accurate allocation of remediation works between lifecycle, maintenance, or other appropriate budget streams.
- Allocation of Specific Projects to Project Management and Project Supervisor Resources.
- Define and agree scope of works in relation to each Hand-back project.
- Support Procurement team with the tender process on specific packages of works.
- Ensure consistent H&S policies, processes and procedures are applied in relation to the delivery of Hand-back works projects. Including ensuring adequate supervision and the provision of
- H&S documentation Construction Phase plan and H&S file.
- Requirement to complete MSV and Quality audits Hand-back works.
- Ensure sign off for completion of individual projects.
- Ensure transfer of H&S files, O&M information to retain compliance with contractual Hand-back obligations.
- Commercial Management of Hand-back works program including Management of WIP, applications and P&L at project and program level.

Votre mission générale :
Nous créons une Task Force Arrêts Techniques pour l’ensemble de nos principaux contrats de maintenance gérés par l’Activité Maintenance Nationale.
Sous la responsabilité du directeur d’agence, vous assistez les chargés d’affaires pour la planification et le suivi des arrêts techniques.
Vos missions :
- Définir et mettre à jour régulièrement le planning (point avancement, ajout activités).
- Mise en place des plannings spécifiques.
- Analyser les impacts planning et alerter au besoin.
- Recherche d’optimisations (foisonnement d’intervention).
- Garantir les livrables du projet.
- Établir les plans de charges et définir les ressources humaines et matérielles.
- Reporting auprès du Responsable d’activité.
- Préparation du rapport mensuel client concernant la part Planning.
- Mise en place d’indicateurs de pilotage de l’activité planning.
- Paramétrage outil.
Ce poste nécessite des déplacements réguliers sur nos sites clients : Tricastin, Malvési, Marcoule.
Votre profil :
