What will you deliver?

  • Carry out all planned and reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Ensure that suitable consumables are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works.
  • Complete all relevant paperwork/CAFM regarding planned and reactive activities
  • Develop a good working relationship with all members of Equans staff, subcontractors, and the client representatives.
  • Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site carrying out associated with electrical and all FM related tasks.
  • Arrange and provide holiday and sickness cover at short notice and be flexible in their working patterns.
  • Ensure assigned tasks are actioned and completed as appropriate.
  • Carry out any other task as directed by the account management team.
  • The position will require you to provide support in emergency situations to ensure business and operational continuity.

  • Painting, re-decorating and hanging of pictures/signed/notices 
  • Plantroom inspections and AHU filter changes 
  • Reactive repairs and initial attendance for toilets, leaks and blockages 
  • Assist engineering staff in a wide range of duties as required 
  • Carry out reactive / Ad-Hoc activities – being the first response on site, and where appropriate taking immediate action to make safe 
  • Escorting contractors

EQUANS are recruiting for a Roofer to be based in Belfast. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

General Overview

  • To undertake the duties/responsibilities as a Roofer to the standards set out by the contract.
  • To carry out the duties as a Roofer in accordance with Statutory Regulations, Company policies and Procedures.

Trainee Site Supervisor

Equans is looking for a Trainee Site Supervisor to join our team onsite at Sizewell B Power Station, Leiston, IP16 4UR on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5hours per week. On offer is a competitve salary and excellent benefits package.

Als montage technicus ben je verantwoordelijk voor het inmeten, fitten, bouwen en monteren van leidingwerk tot complete trajecten in zowel staal als RVS.

Het kleinere leidingwerk wordt met TIG lassen samengesteld. Je voert deze werkzaamheden zelfstandig uit aan de hand van een technische tekening of (ISO) schets.

Je takenpakket als Montage Technicus bestaat verder uit:

  • Het zelfstandig inmeten, prefabben en afwerken van leidingwerk
  • Werkzaamheden aan keurleidingen (gas-stroom en productie leidingen)
  • Het vervaardigen en lassen van skids, pompsystemen, koelers, heaters en tankjes
  • Het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan (productie)installaties en randapparatuur, met name tijdens de productiestops
  • Het vastleggen van relevante informatie over de uitvoering van verricht onderhoud, inclusief uren en verbruik van materialen, alsook de waarnemingen over de feitelijke technische staat van installaties in daartoe bestemde systemen

Je werkgebied is de regio Oost Nederland, van Emmen tot Arnhem en van Hengelo tot Lelystad. De werkzaamheden bestaan voornamelijk uit kleinschalig werk, daardoor heb je veel afwisseling in je werkzaamheden en kom je hierbij op veel verschillende projectlocaties.

Poste

Dans le cadre de son développement, Eras Ingénierie recrute pour l’agence de Mulhouse un (e) Dessinateur(rice) / Projeteur(se) Installation Générale H/F. Vous participez à la réalisation des études de conception en tuyauterie et installation générale.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

  • Analyse des spécifications techniques et les cahiers des charges.
  • Lecture, compréhension et mise à jour des schémas PID process.
  • Participer à l’implantation générale des équipements. Réaliser le « routing » des tuyauteries, HVAC et chemins de câbles.
  • Concevoir et réaliser, majoritairement en 3D, l'implantation de l'ensemble des éléments constitutifs d'une installation de production.
  • Réaliser les plans guides ou détails de l'installation (GC, structure, implantation d'équipements, ensembles, isométriques...).
  • Participer à la réalisation des spécifications techniques de marchés des travaux.
  • Organiser, coordonner les travaux sur site : Préparation des interventions (participation aux Plans de Prévention mise à disposition installation, échafaudages, consignations.
  • Réaliser les dossiers de fin d’affaire

Profil

De formation technique Bac+2/3 ou Bac+5, vous justifiez d’une expérience de 5 ans en conception d’installation générale dans les secteurs de la Pétrochimie ou de la chimie fine, de la Pharmacologie, de l’agroalimentaire ou de l’Energie.

Vous connaissez les codes de constructions en tuyauteries industrielles, sur le matériel de tuyauterie, robinetterie et supportage.

Vous avez un fort esprit d’équipe, vous êtes appliqué et rigoureux.

Vous connaissez un ou plusieurs logiciels CAO de tuyauterie industrielle (E3D, Autocad ou autre).

Leader en protection et prévention incendie, notre Pôle Sécurité Incendie accompagne ses clients au plus près de leurs installations et équipements de sécurité, dans le respect des exigences réglementaires.

Vos missions :

Au sein du bureau d’études de l’agence, vous assurez, en collaboration étroite avec les responsables d'affaires, les études d’exécution inhérentes à la réalisation et au suivi des extensions des chantiers d’installations de protection incendie (réseaux sprinkler, RIA, colonnes sèches, etc.).

Vous avez pour missions de :

  • Analyser les données d’entrées dont le cahier des charges
  • Concevoir les plans (Autocad/Revit) et les schémas d’exécution (implantation de tuyauterie dans le bâtiment)
  • Réaliser les calculs de dimensionnement des réseaux hydrauliques (pertes de charge, débit, etc.)
  • Consulter les fournisseurs et sélectionner le matériel en accord avec les responsables d’affaires
  • Procéder à des relevés sur sites

Votre profil :

De formation technique (BAC PRO/BTS/DUT), vous justifiez d’une expérience réussie en Bureau d’études, idéalement acquise dans le domaine de la Protection Incendie par sprinkler, le CVC, la tuyauterie, la Plomberie ou une activité avec des notions de fluides/hydrauliques.

Vous maîtrisez les logiciels techniques (calculs hydrauliques) et la DAO (Autocad et/ou Revit).

Votre rigueur, votre méthode ainsi que votre aisance relationnelle sont des atouts essentiels pour une intégration réussie à ce poste.

Summary

Under the authority of the Maintenance Supervisor, Building Operator performs diverse manual tasks concerning building maintenance and operations. Note: this position will need to work in different facilities in York Region and will need to travel between them.

Description

  • Execute preventative and corrective maintenance routines as assigned;
  • Interact with and direct external contractors as required;
  • Assist in maintaining the facilities in order to provide comfort to all occupants.
  • Complete scheduled Preventive and Corrective Maintenance tasks within agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLA);
  • Carry out daily inspections in the buildings;
  • Receive inquiry calls from client’s personnel, record in CMMS and take appropriate actions;
  • Support in small projects and minor repairs, such as patching and painting, tiling, flooring and minor plumbing and electrical repairs, (Non energized), carpentry and furniture moves;
  • Maintenance of all types of doors and their hardware;
  • Minor plumbing such as unclogging drains and faucet repairs;
  • General cleanup of the work areas and technical rooms;
  • Under minimal direction, work directly from the work orders provided from the CMMS;
  • Use hand and power tools and other equipment, as necessary, to complete assignments;
  • Follows all company safety and security procedures;
  • Enter and complete work orders utilizing the mobile CMMS provided;
  • Completes all other tasks required by his immediate superior.

Requirements

  • Authorized to work in Canada;
  • High School diploma or equivalent;
  • Previous experience in a commercial facility maintenance role;
  • Able to use handheld portable devices to process work orders within CMMS;
  • Able to move and lift loads. The candidate needs to satisfy the physical activities of the job;
  • Ability and willingness to work in all types of adverse conditions such as extreme weather, enclosed spaces and heights up to 50 feet;
  • Ability to pass all background checks and security screenings;
  • Valid Driver’s License;
  • Must be available on call outside business hours (on a rotational basis);
  • Experience in technical background including but not limited to: various construction trades, Gas Technician (G2 or 3) (assets);
  • Repair/maintenance to HVAC systems and monitoring and interpreting digital building controls (an asset).
