Rattaché(e) à l'Ingénieur Commercial et aux Responsables d'affaires, tu seras un véritable appui au développement commercial de l'agence, tu participeras à la prospection téléphonique de collectivités territoriales.
Tes missions :
- Support commercial :
- Prendre des rendez-vous
- Mettre à jour des présentations commerciales PowerPoint et des différents documents de travail
- Réaliser des fiches de références clients
- Proposer des solutions dans la recherche de clients (mailing...)
- Support à l'activité :
- Préparer des dossiers de candidature pour les Appels d'Offres
- Assister à la rédaction des mémoires techniques pour les Appels d'Offres
- Consulter les fournisseurs et les sous-traitants

Vos missions principales :
Nous recherchons pour notre département SAV, un(e) Technico-Commercial(e) (H/F) dans le domaine du CVC.
Vous serez amené(e) à gérer et développer le portefeuille client sur l’activité services (contrats de maintenance, dépannage...). A l’écoute des clients et prospects, vous êtes le garant de l’adéquation entre les besoins de ces derniers et notre offre en HVAC. Vos missions principales seront :
- Elaborer le plan commercial de votre périmètre depuis la prospection jusqu’à la signature des contrats
- Développer le portefeuille de nouveaux clients et consolidation des comptes existants
- Assurer le suivi technique et contractuel des réponses aux appels d’offres, en relation avec les services concernés
- Satisfaire les objectifs de prise de commandes et de rentabilité des affaires
- Coordonner à l’aide des services techniques, les actions de chiffrage, devis et relevés sur site
Votre Profil :
Issu(e) de formation technique supérieure (Type BTS, Licence pro…) vous justifiez d’une expérience confirmée dans la vente de solutions techniques auprès de professionnels.
Idéalement, vous possédez une approche dans le domaine du génie climatique, qui vous permettra d’être autonome, polyvalent et réactif(ve) dans la gestion de vos affaires.
D’un naturel challengeur et commercial, vous maitrisez le développement commercial de vos affaires ainsi que les relations entre clients et fournisseurs. Vous avez de réelles qualités relationnelles et savez faire preuve d’initiative.

Rattaché au Responsable SAV, votre mission consiste à assister l’activité SAV au quotidien.
Pour cela, vous êtes amené à :
• Assurer l’accueil téléphonique et physique
• Préparer et participer aux réunions de service hebdomadaires
• Assurer la gestion, l’organisation et le suivi administratif (visites médicales, formations, habilitations, absences, bons d’intervention)
• Réceptionner et traiter de manière réactive les demandes d’intervention de maintenance et dépannages de manière à respecter les délais
• Réaliser la facturation client et les relances associées (gestion des réclamations)
• Rédiger et archiver les documents de travail
• Réaliser les commandes et le suivi de pièces détachées
• Assurer la saisie des heures réalisées par le service

Idéalement diplômé(e) d’une formation Bac +2 tel que BTS Assistant de Gestion PME/PMI ou équivalent, vous possédez 3 années d’expérience minimum au sein d’un service SAV ou dans une fonction similaire.
Vous êtes reconnu pour votre capacité à gérer les priorités et respecter les délais en autonomie.

Ward Host / Catering Assistant
EQUANS are recruiting for a Ward Host / Catering Assistant to be based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, EH16 4SA. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £21,814 and benefits package.
Working 5 over 7 days 7.5 hours daily between 06:30am & 18:30pm
What will you deliver?
- To provide a safe, hygienic, nutritious, and timely food service for patients.
- Assisting in the delivery of a high standard of food service which meets the requirements of food hygiene legislation
- Ward host/hostess would be expected to do basic food prep if required to go down to the main kitchen (pick/pack area)
- Maintaining high standards of personal and general food hygiene as well as high standards of cleanliness in all work areas
- Ward hosts would be expected to do basic food prep when in pick and pack along with minimal cleaning duties
- Ensure that a high standard of personal grooming is maintained including wearing the required uniform and PPE provided.

Part time Ward Host / Catering Assistant
EQUANS are recruiting for Ward Hosts / Catering Assistants to be based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh, EH16 4SA. These are permanent part-time roles working 14 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £8,144 and benefits package.
Working 7 hours per day Saturday & Sunday between 06:30am & 18:30pm
What will you deliver?
- To provide a safe, hygienic, nutritious, and timely food service for patients.
- Assisting in the delivery of a high standard of food service which meets the requirements of food hygiene legislation
- Ward host/hostess would be expected to do basic food prep if required to go down to the main kitchen (pick/pack area)
- Maintaining high standards of personal and general food hygiene as well as high standards of cleanliness in all work areas
- Ward hosts would be expected to do basic food prep when in pick and pack along with minimal cleaning duties
- Ensure that a high standard of personal grooming is maintained including wearing the required uniform and PPE provided.

Office Services Administrator
Equans is looking for a Office Services Administrator to join our team based Heysham Nuclear Powerstation on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview
To be an integral member of the Reception, Service desk & Office support team delivering various Office Services tasks. Must be a key team member in delivering the required level of administrative service.
What will you deliver?
- Work with appropriate line supervisors to ensure that tasks are planned and delivered to client specification and agreed service requirements
- Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, maintaining up to date knowledge of H/S and Environmental regulations
- Provide out of hours cover where required
- Complete relevant paperwork
- Compliant with all safety related policies and procedures
- Shows clear understanding of role objectives and responsibilities
- Work schedules and projects are prioritised appropriately and delivered on time
- Identification and reporting of areas and procedures that fail to meet expected standards (Safety, Technical and Environmental)
- Appropriate risk assessments undertaken on all work
- All paperwork completed (permits, reports and work order cards) is accurate and submitted within set time scales
- Delivers/Contributes to pre-job briefs, exchanging ideas and putting forward suggestions to improve team performance.
