Their business is to build a global network of work spaces in all kinds of locations to make working more convenient for people. In the UK there are circa 300 locations present in 100 major cities and Equans are responsible for all of these locations. 

Our scope of services to this customer is to provide a Mobile Engineering team with SSP support to provide the following:

  • Compliance and Statutory Inspections
  • Fabric Maintenance, Fire Detection, Fighting and Protections Systems and BMS
  • Pre-planned Maintenance
  • Reactive repairs and maintenance
  • Handyman Service
  • Helpdesk 24/7 fully staffed from 08:00 – 17:00 Mon to Fri 
  • Projects – subject to competitive tender

 

What will you deliver?

 

  • Ensure that all compliance documents are loaded on to the Client system
  • Highlight any remedial activity required from any inspection visits 
  • Ensure all remedial activity is planned and executed in a timely fashion 
  • Raising Corrective Works packages in Maximo
  • Ensuring that Maximo records relating to compliance are loaded and are correct 
  • Liaising with Invida to ensure reports are accurate and timely

To work as part of a multi-functional integrated team, receiving enquiries mainly face to face, but also by telephone, e-mail, web chat, and social media for Qwest Services,(a Joint Venture Company working with Cheshire West and Chester Council). The role will largely involve undertaking face to face discussions with customers’ who are unable to conduct business with us by telephone or digitally. Taking appropriate action to provide an efficient and effective customer experience and act as an intermediary between the customer and service areas.

 

What will you deliver?

 

  • Provide information, advice and services to customers on behalf of Qwest Services and Cheshire West & Chester Council
  • Potential travel to other locations if required
  • Use information technology including a Customer Relationship Management system efficiently and effectively, MS office applications, call centre technology and the internet as well as shape its development in order to record and maintain an electronic record of customer details and their service requests
  • Provide information, advice on services of the council, external agencies and organisations
  • Take responsibility for resolving queries or completing action arising from customer enquiries to act as an advocate, to progress and chase on behalf of the customer

Relevant du gestionnaire des installations, la personne sélectionnée est responsable de la coordination des activités sur le site et de la tenue des dossiers divers. La personne sera responsable:

  • Recevoir et gérer les appels téléphoniques ainsi que les correspondances, au besoin.

  • Aider le gestionnaire des installations à préparer les rapports et supporter lors de la préparation des comptes de dépenses.

Sous l'autorité du gestionnaire de site, le(la) titulaire accomplit divers travaux manuels ayant trait à l'entretien, la maintenance et à l’opération de l'édifice.

 

Description :

  • Exécuter la maintenance préventive des portes et leur quincaillerie.
  • Effectuer les travaux d’entretien général de l’immeuble tel que réparation de gypse, réparations de revêtement de plancher, etc.
  • Participer, au besoin, aux travaux de déneigement des équipements extérieurs.
  • Faire approuver et réaliser les achats nécessaires à la tâche.
  • Effectuer divers travaux de montage/démontage d’évènement, installation de bancs, bannières ou autres.
  • Effectuer divers travaux d’installation, de modification ou de réparation de mobilier de bureau.
  • Exécuter les travaux requis par le biais des demandes de services techniques, ex: menuiserie, installation de partitions, cloisons sèche, tablettes, cadres, babillards, étagères, classeurs, armoires, bureaux, réparation de portes et serrures, déménagement de pièces de machinerie et autres équipements non spécialisés.
