We are looking for a Night Fire Reactive Engineer to join our team working on the Transport for London (TFL) contract, this is a 4 on 4 off (12 hr shifts). Permanent nightshift. You will be responsible for servicing, maintaining and carrying out reactive works on Fire detection, alarm and ancillary systems installed primarily on TFL premises.

What will you deliver?
- Identifying and correcting faults/issues with varying types of fire detection, suppression and alarm equipment installed at clients sites
- Ensuring that disruption to the client’s premises is kept to a minimum during corrective works
- Collation and submission of all evidence of works – printouts/before & after photographs/ test results & report (via handheld device)
- Maintaining good relationships with the customers
- Identifying potential remedial works or variations from BS5839 pt 1 2013, BS5306 etc) during PPM/reactive visits
- Identifying technical issues with the systems being worked on and carrying out corrective actions

Senior Fire Commissioning Engineer
Equans is looking for a Senior Fire Commissioning Engineer to join our team working on our contract with Transport for London on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, working between the hours of 10:00pm - 06:00an. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The Senior Fire Commissioning Engineer will be responsible for fire detection integration of fire systems between Crossrail and London underground. Operating out of our London office, this is to cover an area across London, therefore a valid Driving License is essential.
What will you deliver?

- Carrying out technical investigations and collating reports for submission

Who are we looking for?
- Approved electrician, having served a minimum 3 year apprenticeship in electrical contracting or having achieved equivalent academic qualifications to City and Guilds or equivalent standard
- Possess knowledge of all applicable current British standards as well as knowledge of Fire Detection Alarm Systems

BIM Modelleur Sprinkler
Als BIM Modelleur Sprinkler ben je een belangrijke kennisdrager en pak je – samen met de BIM coördinator – de rol als vaktechnische coach en vraagbaak op voor de andere modelleurs en tekenaars op de afdeling. Hierin draag je bij aan het onderhouden en uitbreiden van de BIM werkmethodiek binnen Equans.
Dit ga je doen als BIM Modelleur Sprinkler
Als BIM Modelleur ga je samen met het engineeringsteam diverse gebouw-gebonden installaties ontwerpen voor utilitaire en licht industriële klanten zoals ziekenhuizen, kantoorpanden, logistieke locaties of food & pharma bedrijven. Bij deze bedrijven voert Equans diverse projecten uit, uiteenlopend van kleinschalige klussen van één of enkele dagen tot grote projecten met een looptijd van enkele maanden.
Je zorgt dat engineeringsvraagstukken op een gedegen manier worden aangepakt.
Naast het ontwerpen met BIM (Revit) werk je met AutoCAD 2023 en met StabiCAD for Revit. Als ervaren modelleur houd je het daar niet bij en ben je ervaren met oplossingen als Dynamo, Solibri, ACC en Navisworks. Kennis van industriële oplossingen als Inventor of Plant 3D is een wenselijke aanvulling. Je werkt bij Equans met de nieuwste versies van deze softwarepakketten.
Als BIM Modelleur is het jouw taak om ervoor zorgen dat:
- de volledige installatie op de best mogelijke manier wordt getekend en gemodelleerd. Soms werk je vanuit een bestek maar vaker komt het voor dat je alleen een schets krijgt van waaruit je gaat werken. In nauwe samenwerking met de engineers teken je alle voorkomende installaties
- de plattegronden, details, doorsnedes en opstellingstekeningen zelfstandig modelleert inclusief de engineering van onder meer de groepscoderingen. Dit doe je hoofdzakelijk vanaf de projectlocatie en eventueel jouw thuiswerkplek

Vos missions :
Sous la responsabilité du directeur d'agence, vous avez pour mission la gestion technique, humaine, financière et organisationnelle des travaux de sécurité incendie (réseaux sprinkler, RIA, colonnes sèches, etc.) dans les secteurs tertiaires et industriels.
Responsable de la réalisation des affaires, des études au montage, vous menez les actions visant à satisfaire les objectifs de rentabilité, de fonctionnement, de tenue des délais, de sécurité et de respect de l'environnement.
Pour cela vous gérez le planning d’affaires à suivre, assurez le suivi des chantiers et des études, la gestion des dépenses et vous êtes responsable des points financiers mensuels.
En parallèle, vous animez les points sécurité de vos équipes et participez à des réunions de chantiers.
Outre votre expertise technique et organisationnelle, vous êtes l'interlocuteur/trice privilégié(e) de nos clients et veillez à la bonne circulation des informations afin d'optimiser la réalisation des affaires.
Votre profil :
De formation technique (Bac+2 à ingénieur), vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie en gestion de projets, acquise dans le domaine de la sécurité incendie par sprinkler ou un domaine en lien avec les fluides (tuyauterie, plomberie, CVC...).
Vous maîtrisez la planification, l'organisation, le suivi technique et financier d'une affaire et possédez de bonnes connaissances juridiques (social, sécurité, marchés privés…).
Au-delà de vos qualités relationnelles, aussi bien internes (capacités managériales) qu’externes (clients, sous-traitants, maitrise d’œuvre), votre expertise métier et votre réactivité sont des atouts pour réussir pleinement dans votre poste.

Dans le cadre du maintien de nos activités sur les projets de l’Aéroport de Marseille (AMP) et du projet MY3, rattaché à un Responsable d’affaires vous serez en charge du déploiement de solutions de sureté en contrôle d’accès, vidéoprotection, anti-intrusion.
Vos missions principales :
Définir et assurer la réalisation des projets de sureté
Préparer techniquement les interventions à réaliser (inventaire matériel et paramétrage)
Mettre en service les équipements de sureté (caméras, archiveurs, serveurs, contrôle d'accès..),
Effectuer les essais, les réglages, et vérifier la fonctionnalité des équipements
Assurer les mesures et recettes des réseaux raccordés
Installer, mettre à jour et en service les logiciels de supervision vidéo
Paramétrer et mettre en service les caméras IP
Rédiger les rapports décrivant les interventions réalisées, et fiches d’auto-contrôle
Vous intégrerez une équipe multi-technique composé d’ingénieurs et de techniciens (LAN, Sécurité, Serveurs,…) et serez impliqué dans les réunions techniques aussi bien internes qu’avec le client final afin d’avoir une vision globale des projets et attendus.
Déplacements réguliers à prévoir sur sites clients pour le projet MY3,
Votre profil :
Issu idéalement d’une formation BTS Electronique, CIEL, GEII ou équivalent, vous justifiez de 5 ans d’expérience plus spécifiquement dans le domaine de la sureté avec une expertise forte en contrôle d’accès, vidéoprotection voir en anti-intrusion.
Vous avez des bonnes connaissances en :
- Logiciels de supervision vidéo GENETEC (ou équivalent)
- Caméras IP (marques Hanwha, Axis, Bosch, …)
- Réseaux IP
- Contrôle d’accès (TIL, NEDAP, …)
- Système Intrusion HONEYWELL (ou équivalent)
- Systèmes Windows, Windows Server

Equans is looking for a Multiskilled Engineer - Fabric to join our team in Ashton under Lyne for our Tameside General Hospital contract on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
General Overview:
Equans are recruiting for a Building Fabric Technician, based at Tameside General
Hospital, but may also infrequently be required to cover Salford Royal Hospital, the Building Fabric Technician will be responsible for the technical performance and maintenance of standards at Tameside General Hospital. They will provide guidance to others on site, demonstrating knowledge and expertise in building fabrics and joinery. Ensure appropriate and compliant solutions and efficient customer service delivery.
Working hours are 37.5 hours per week. 0800 - 1600
-Ensure workload is planned, delivered to specification and agreed service requirement.
-Plan, prioritise and resource projects.
-Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures, maintaining up to date knowledge of H&S and environmental regulations.
-Install, maintain and repair equipment.
-Diagnose, fault-find, commission and monitor facility performance, through PPM programme, identifying any additional works required.
-Flexible working hours required.
-Administer and complete relevant paperwork in a timely manner.
-Understand and meet ongoing customer requirements, develop effective working relationships with business partners, including sub-contractors management, completing all relevant permits.
-Fair, consistent and courteous attitude in all dealings at all levels.

Desirable Experience:

-Experience of working on all types of building fabrics ranging from fire door inspections, door repairs, finger guards, ironmongery repairs and replacements, flooring inspections, dry wall repairs and final finishes, installation of shelving, pattresses and any other associated items.
