Mobile Fabric Engineer
Equans is looking for a Mobile Fabric Engineer to join our team on the HMCTS contract covering Central London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.
What will you deliver?
You will be responsible for carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance on a wide variety of Fabric and limited Engineering Assets. Ensuring all activities are completed in a safe and timely manner. This includes Legionella control and monitoring activities. Duties will include but won't be limited to:
- Inspect/repair floor, walls, ceilings and roofs
- Inspect /repair free standing and fitted furniture
- Inspect/clear drainage and gully systems
- Inspect/replace luminaries
- Inspect/repair doors (Inc. Fire Doors), windows and associated furniture.
- Painting, re-decorating and hanging of pictures/signed/notices
- Assist engineering staff in a wide range of duties as required
- General site services; to include, sweeping and tidying
- Carry out Ad-Hoc activities supporting the EquansE and Client team including Moves/Changes

Experience
- Demonstrable experience in either carpentry, painting, plumbing or flooring in a construction, repair or maintenance environment.

Compliance and Asset Manager
EQUANS is looking for a Compliance and Asset Manager to join our PFI Building Services team team in North East England on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary of £46,000 dependent on skills, knowledge and experience and benefits package.
Reporting to the Account Manager at Newcastle Schools, the Compliance and Asset Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all technical services and contractual deliverables are delivered in compliance with law, relevant standards and in accordance with good industry practice across the North-east cluster of contracts (including CCEP). They will support asset data collection and management, ensuring project completion activities (such as asset capture and addition to the PPM system) occur and support wider project close out.
What will you deliver?
- Work with the account leads across the Northeast Cluster to prepare for audits (technical, internal, external, H&S etc)
- Assist in the production of monthly reports for each site including verification for accuracy prior to issue, and a summary of key actions for compliance improvement developed.
- Lead the close-out of all audit actions and non-conformances.
- Develop and implement the Contract Key performance Indicator (KPI) Compliance System and statutory/mandatory compliance systems across all aspects of technical service delivery across the northeast.
- Monitor and trending of key compliance indicators producing reports to Technical Managers and account leads and lead with closure of these non-conformances.
- Support operational activities by completing monthly reports and assisting with preparations (and actions arising from) key operational meetings.
- Support key project activity including but not limited to supporting the production of Governance documents, project close out actions such as drawings are updated, and assets captured and added to the PPM system.
- Deputise for account leads from time to time at key meetings.
- Design and own a compliance audit plan and tools for technical areas reporting on monthly performance against plan from Industry Standards and Guidance from within the BU.
- On occasion, support the wider Equans and northeast business with their expertise and knowledge

Job summary
Under the authority of the Facility Manager, the Building Operator performs diverse manual tasks concerning building maintenance and operations.
Responsabilities
With guidance, training and direction from co-workers and the direct supervisor:
- Execute preventative and corrective maintenance routines as assigned.
- Interact with and direct external contractors as required.
- Assist in maintaining the facilities in order to provide comfort to all occupants;
- Complete scheduled Preventive and Corrective Maintenance tasks within agreed upon Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Carry out daily inspections in the buildings.
- Receive inquiry calls from client’s personnel, record in CMMS and take appropriate actions.
- Support in small projects and minor repairs, such as patching and painting, tiling, flooring and minor plumbing and electrical repairs, (Non energized), carpentry and furniture moves.
- Maintenance of all types of doors and their hardware.
- Minor plumbing such as unclogging drains and faucet repairs.
- General cleanup of the work areas and technical rooms.
- Under minimal direction, work directly from the work orders provided from the CMMS.
- Use hand and power tools and other equipment, as necessary, to complete assignments.
- Follows all company safety and security procedures.
- Enter and complete work orders utilizing the mobile CMMS provided.

- Is authorized to work in Canada;

- Previous experience in a commercial facility maintenance role;
- Possess a mechanical aptitude and demonstrate the ability to use hand and power tools

- Able to move and lift loads. The candidate needs to satisfy the physical activities of the job;
- Ability and willingness to work in all types of adverse conditions such as extreme weather, enclosed spaces and heights up to 50 feet;

Facilities Manager
Equans is looking for a Facilities Manager to join our team in Sidcup - London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
This role is responsible for all aspects of TFM service delivery at the CCEP Sidcup site.
Lead the engagement with building users groups and employee forums to understand perceptions of performance of the services and how the services could be better tailored to the client for the future. COORDINATEUR ARRETS TECHNIQUES H/F - Basé à Pierrelatte (26)
Votre mission générale :
Nous créons une Task Force Arrêts Techniques pour l’ensemble des contrats de maintenance gérés par l’Activité Maintenance Nationale.
Vous êtes en charge de la fonction Méthode sur la plan de la Préparation, Coordination et du reporting de l’activité réalisée lors des arrêts techniques.
Vos missions :
- Garant de la fonction méthode sur le plan de la préparation, coordination et du reporting de l'activité réalisée. Vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec le/la Responsable coordination, les préparateurs et la cellule Méthode et Performance.
Activités :
- L'établissement de la revue mensuelle et annuelle de l'ensemble des contrats de maintenance.
- Le suivi et la gestion des compétences des intervenants de tous les contrats.
- Le suivi des accès, des habilitations et des formations spécifiques du nucléaire. Le relais opérationnel Q3SE de tous les contrats (construction et suivi du plan d'actions).
- La préparation des PDP et PPSPS.
- L'harmonisation de l'ensemble des processus maintenance.
- La gestion administrative (rédaction et collecte des pointages, traitement des réclamations paie, collecte des notes de frais).
- La gestion du planning (formations, CP, absences).
- La rédaction des comptes rendus de réunion. La mise en forme des modes opératoires.
- Le suivi des EPI (masques, dosimètres, bleu de travail).
- La mise en forme des devis.
- La gestion administrative des sous-traitants (accès PDP).
- La rédaction des demandes d'achats.
- L'enregistrement des causeries. La gestion des entrées / sorties des outillages. La rédaction des DMS.
Ce poste nécessite des déplacements réguliers sur nos sites clients : Tricastin, Malvési, Marcoule.
Votre profil :
- Titulaire d’un Bac + 2 (DUT, BTS) à dominante maintenance industrielle ou expérience significative dans la fonction.
- Maitrise de la GMAO.
- SAP Module GMAO.PPSPS et PDP.
- Maitrise des outils bureautique.
- Sens de l’écoute, sens de la communication, capacités d’organisation.
- Culture de la sûreté nucléaire.
