Sommaire du poste
Sous la supervision du contrôleur financier, le titulaire sera responsable d’assurer la facturation de l’activité de service.
Description
Tâches relatives à l’administration:
- Produire la facturation et la soumettre aux clients avec les documents associés au besoin.
- Faire la vérification et le suivi des tarifs en conformité avec la facturation.
- Compléter et se conformer aux différentes plateformes de facturation que les clients utilisent s’il y a lieu.
- Envoyer par courriel des états de comptes.
- Préparer et/ou entretenir des tableaux Excel pour les fins de mois au contrôleur financier (solde banque d’argent des clients, liste des contrats d’entretiens, liste des bon de travail ouvert non facturé, etc.).
- Faire les demandes de requête aux achats pour la gestion des vêtements.
- Produire mensuellement les rapports de banque et les faire parvenir aux clients.
- Et compléter toutes autres tâches connexes.
Tâches relatives au service:
- Assurer le suivi auprès des clients (renseignements, formulaires de paiement, etc.)
- Communiquer avec les clients afin d’obtenir les bons de commande
- Exigences
- Être autorisé à travailler au Canada;
- D.E.C. ou D.E.P. avec spécialisation en administration;
- Un (1) à trois (3) ans ou plus d’expérience pertinente dans un domaine relié;
- Excellente maîtrise du français parlé et écrit et capacité de s’exprimer en anglais (oral et écrit);
- À l’aise dans l’utilisation des systèmes informatisés et principalement avec la suite Microsoft Office.

Als project controller ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het systematisch inrichten en monitoren van de technische voortgang en financiële controle van een of meerdere projecten. Dit doe je zodat de status en de risico’s altijd inzichtelijk zijn en kunnen worden beheerst. Je bent in deze rol dus echt de schakel tussen Finance en het projectteam waarbij risicomanagement en budgetbewaking de belangrijkste aspecten zijn. Je bent het financieel geweten van de project directeur en projectteam en helpt jouw collega’s om financiële afwijkingen vroegtijdig te constateren en te verhelpen. Naast de maandelijkse routine werkzaamheden binnen finance heb je ook financiële voortgang gesprekken met de klant en help je de teamleden met ad-hoc vragen.

Access Management Analyst
Equans is looking for an Access Management Analyst to join our team in Newcastle upon Tyne on a fixed term basis. This is a full time permanent role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary of £21,255 per annum and company benefits package.
Overview:
The IT Access Management Analyst is required to assist in providing an efficient, cost effective and customer focused IT Access Management process which provides a single point of contact for all new and existing IT access requests and processing of all Starters, Leavers and Movers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provision of access management, including but not limited to: Onboarding of new starters, Network shared folder access including permission modifications, Timely processing of leavers generated from HR and IT auditing/clean up analysis exercises, Creation and modification of core business application accounts, Management of access to the EQUANS Mobile Device Management solution.
- Answer calls and respond to ITSM tickets within agreed KPI targets whilst adhering to quality monitoring guidelines.
- Utilise diagnostic utilities to aid with troubleshooting to achieve first time resolution.
- Log all customer issues in the ITSM system accurately and in full detail, completing all administration within timescales and to a high level of accuracy.
- Keep up to date with all changes in the EQUANS environment to facilitate understanding and diagnosis of user faults / requirements to ensure point of call resolution is achievable.
- Contributing to Information Security by assisting in the preservation of confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, including but not limited to adhering to and supporting Information Security standards, procedures and policies and identifying and raising security incidents as required to the Information Security Team.
- Support the successful transition of new services and systems into the IT Service Desk support model.
- Carry out any ad hoc tasks/duties which may reasonably be expected as requested by IT Management.
- Actively recommend service improvements in process and technologies used by the EQUANS IT services to meet business objectives.

Overview:
The IT Service Desk Analyst is required to support the IT Service Desk Team Leader in
providing an efficient, cost effective and customer focused IT Service Desk which provides a single point of contact for all users of IT through the logging and management of all incidents and service requests. This role will have the option of being a hybrid role once the induction and training period has been successfully completed.
What will you deliver?

- Provision of first line support, including but not limited to triage and appropriate troubleshooting, correct incident categorisation and resolution where possible.

Key deliverables
- You will be the “face of Finance” at the local level – communicating to / from the Operating Contract to Finance.

- Drive for value at the bottom line, with a focus on revenue enhancement / protection and on cost saving opportunities.
- Ad-hoc projects; which may include Contract recovery investigations, implementation and benefits realisations.
- Monthly management accounts in line with current accounting standards
- Owners of P&L & Balance Sheet and Cash flow, driving key metrics monthly

Required experience and knowledge
- AAT Qualified or Part Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA)

Finance Business Partner
Equans is looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our team in Wakefield on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Be an effective partner to the business, providing support, challenge, expertise and a clear framework as appropriate.
- The “face of Finance” at the local level – communicating to / from the functional overheads to Finance.
- Partner with the functional leads by providing financial information and interpretation, undertaking proactive analytical and other investigations, contributing to developing a better understanding of the business and improving operational performance.
- Provide expert accounting, reporting and all necessary financial expertise for the sector / contract.
- Balance sheet and Cash flow forecasting.
- Assist in the production of the Medium term Cash Budgets for the Central Finance Team.
- Work with functional leads to ensure that plans, budgets and forecasts for the contract are both challenging and achievable.
- Partner with the functions to shape and manage performance KPI’s.
- Source and inform the central team of the specific requirements and specifications of the division / regions.
- Manage the delivery of all financial processes to their BU.
- Attend contract / sector committees and meetings as required.
- Intervene where required to support compliance and alignment objectives.
- Drive for value at the bottom line, with a focus on cost saving opportunities.
- Ad-hoc projects; which may include Contract recovery investigations, implementation and benefits realisations.
- Monthly management accounts in line with current accounting standards.
- Owners of P&L & Balance Sheet and Cash flow, driving key metrics monthly.
- Support New Business Activities.
- Forecasting COI & Revenue with detailed tracking and commentary.

Who are we looking for?
- Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified).
- Ideally have a min 2-3 years post qualification experience and preferably in a Finance Business Partner role or similar.
- Good financial & commercial acumen.
- Ability to analyse complex data with accuracy.
- Strong IT skills with excellent working knowledge of ERP system, ideally SAP.
- MS Office including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Rattaché(e) au Trésorier Groupe, vous avez la responsabilité des activités récurrentes de la Trésorerie Groupe : gestion des flux, centralisation du cash, gestion back-office des opérations financières, et êtes à ce titre en relation quotidienne avec les banques et les entités du Groupe.
Vous êtes garant(e) de la gestion de trésorerie de la holding groupe et de la circulation de la liquidité.
Vous êtes en contact avec la trésorerie de notre actionnaire, celles de nos différents centres de trésorerie, ainsi qu’avec les responsables financiers en France et à l’International.
Force de proposition, vous êtes un acteur majeur de l’amélioration continue des process et de l’activité, dans le respect des principes de sécurité financière du Groupe. Enfin, vous participez à l’intégration de nouvelles sociétés ou nouveaux groupes dans nos process et référentiels, et au déploiement des projets financiers transverses du Groupe.
En contact permanent avec les banques, les centres de trésorerie et les filiales du groupe en France et à l’international, vos missions principales sont les suivantes:
- Gestion de la Trésorerie Corporate et Internationale
- Gérer et sécuriser les flux financiers, réaliser les activités quotidiennes de gestion de trésorerie
- Gérer les cash poolings, remonter quotidiennement le cash du Groupe vers la trésorerie centrale et vers notre actionnaire

- Participer aux projets de la Trésorerie Corporate : intégration des nouveaux référentiels, extension des cash-poolings, mise en place d’un prévisionnel de trésorerie
Issu d’une formation initiale supérieure en finance – banque – investissement - trésorerie, vous possédez entre 1 et 4 ans d’expérience professionnelle en banque, en cabinet de conseil ou au sein de la Trésorerie d’un grand groupe international
Vous disposez d’un esprit de synthèse, de bonnes capacités de communication orale et écrite. Vous êtes rigoureux et ordonné, avec la volonté de mener vos projets de bout en bout.

To work in a team of qualified and part qualified accountants to support the delivery of timely, robust, high-quality statutory and group reporting, ensuring that all processes are as efficient as possible, highlighting areas for improvement where relevant.

- Produce high quality statutory and group reporting deliverables;
- Have good technical knowledge of IFRS and its application within the EQUANS business referring to senior management for clarity if in doubt;
- Challenge existing ways of working and develop a continuous improvement culture; and
- Deliver best in class customer service to internal and external stakeholders/customers.
- Liaise with Tax, Treasury, Sector leads, internal and external auditors, Group consolidation department as appropriate;
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, for example evolve systems so there is less reliance on off system spreadsheets.
