Om ons team in de regio Aartselaar te versterken, zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Technisch Magazijnier-Werkvoorbereider.

Wat houdt deze job precies in?

Als Magazijnier ben je verantwoordelijk voor het werkmateriaal en de werkvoorbereiding ter ondersteuning van jouw collega’s binnen het team van bordenbouw Aartselaar Zo sta je onder andere in voor:

  • bestellen van materiaal
  • bepalen van minimum- en maximumstock in samenspraak met de leidinggevende
  • klaarleggen en verdelen van PBM’s, werkkleding en gereedschap voor de techniekers
  • bestelbonnen invullen en goedkeuring vragen aan de leidinggevende (via SAP)
  • voorbereidingen treffen voor werken op borden
  • materiaal ontvangen en controleren of het overeenkomt met de bestelling (via SAP)
  • lossen en laden van vrachtwagens en bestelwagens
  • materiaal verzamelen en klaarleggen voor ophaling of transport
  • veilig transport van materiaal regelen
  • algemene orde bewaren in het magazijn, de werkplaats en in het atelier
  • de effectieve stock en de inventaris regelmatig vergelijken (via SAP)
  • in geval van problemen deze signaleren aan de leidinggevende

Zijn we een ‘match’?

  • je hebt een technisch A2-diploma; of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • je hebt een basis kennis elektriciteit, elektrische componenten,  PBM’s, elektrische gereedschappen
  • je hebt een goede kennis van Office 365/opvolgsystemen zoals SAP
  • je werkt stipt, nauwkeurig en efficiënt
  • je werkt graag in team
  • je bent communicatief naar zowel onze bordenbouwers al naar de leidinggevende
  • je hebt geen schrik om rapporteringen te doen betreffende stock of problemen

De afdeling Panels is het center of excellence voor bordenbouw binnen Equans. De werkplaats Aartselaar verwerkt op projectmatige basis diverse opdrachten voor internationale en nationale klanten uit. Zij verwerken het ontwerp en de montage van zowel automatiseringsborden als vermogen- en distributieborden.

Votre mission principale :

Vous rejoignez l'équipe incroyable de Thierry, votre Directeur d’Agence, pour assurer la réception, le stockage et la mise à disposition du matériel et de l’outillage conformément aux demandes des chantiers.

Vos principales activités :

  • Vous effectuez les demandes d’achat des matériels courants nécessaires à chaque chantier, suivez les livraisons et relancez les fournisseurs.
  • Vous réceptionnez les livraisons et les enregistrez dans le logiciel de gestion INEO.
  • Vous rangez et préparez les livraisons pour les chantiers, gérez les retours et les tourets.
  • Vous suivez le stock de consommables et le réapprovisionnez en coordination avec le Responsable d’ exploitation.
  • Vous avez en charge la gestion des EPI, des EPC, des outils (tailles, approvisionnements, distributions, contrôles ) et les contrôles obligatoires (trousses de secours, extincteurs, bâtiment…) en coordination avec le service matériel, l’animateur QSE, etc …
  • Vous gérez le rangement du parc avec les équipes, et l’ entretien du bâtiment avec les prestataires externes, les rotations et la valorisation des bennes à DIB, métaux, palettes, lampes, etc…
  • Vous êtes au service des Responsables de Chantiers, tout en faisant preuve de fermeté dans le magasin et sur le parc.

Votre profil :

Au delà de votre formation, vous possédez des connaissances en informatique bureautique.

Vous faites preuve à la fois de qualités de service et de fermeté.

Vous êtes titulaire du Permis B. 

Habilitation nécessaire :

CACES chariot élévateur fortement souhaité R485 Cat. 2. (ou formation à prévoir).

Domestic Cleaner

EQUANS are recruiting for a Domestic Operative to be based in Torness Nuclear Power Station EH42 1QS. This is a permanent full-time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

Equans is looking for a Industrial Operative to join our team in EDF Torness, Dunbar, EH42 1QS on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

Shift Pattern: 0800 - 16.00 Monday to Friday, 30 min lunch.

What will you deliver?

  • Undertake day to day duties, associated with an industrial environment. This may include manual labouring, industrial cleaning, operating various equipment, carrying out confined space works, fire watching duties, pumping of sumps, assisting various skilled teams, driving and such as grass cutting, in accordance with Company standards.

Resident Liaison Officer

 What will you deliver?

The role of the Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) is a vital one. For many residents the RLO is the first person they will meet from EQUANS before any works commence, and they remain the point of contact through to completion. Through the RLOs words, actions and commitment to giving great service, an impression of the company will be formed in the minds of our customers that will directly reflect on our good name.  You will need to promote, protect and monitor our clients’ high standards of customer satisfaction by ensuring compliance guidance and regulation is adhered to.  The RLO also facilitates the smooth running of projects by building and maintaining positive relationships to ensure effective liaison between the residents, sub-contractors, client representatives and the EQUANS team. 

  • Visit each resident prior to work commencing to introduce the company and communicate the scope of works; this may involve lone working.  Give residents contact numbers and a pack detailing the full RLO and project process.
  • Seek continuous improvement in resident liaison procedures whilst sharing best practice with other departments.
  • Assessing where high risk/vulnerable residents are present and ensuring the Site Manager tailors works according to the risk level and ensure that any safe working practices are adhered to (i.e. don’t attend the property alone).
  • Carry out a property condition survey, floor protection and appliance survey with photographs with the Resident before works start in the home.
  • Undertake Post Inspections further to issues brought to light
  • Establish resident’s individual requirements by carrying out an initial resident profile, documenting any points discussed and tailoring individual plans accordingly. Work with site staff to implement effective practices.
  • Develop effective working relationships with client representatives (i.e. the housing department) to reduce duplication and ensure consistency of information and approach, keeping tenants fully informed with regard to the programme, delays and planning of works. This supports in maintaining positive relationships and reputation with the client for future schemes and bids.

 

Who are you?

  • Previous resident liaison officer experience 
  • Previous customer service including face to face and telephone enquiries
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of construction in social housing and occupied homes
  • Full driving licence

Equans is looking for a Part time Cleaner to join our team in HMCTS Mold Law Courts, CH7 1AE on a permanent basis. This part-time vacancy will be working 15 hours per week. On offer is a salary of 8127.60 depending on skills and experience.

Part time CLeaner

Equans is looking for a Part time Cleaner to join our team in HMCTS Caernarfon Criminal Justice Centre, LL55 2DF on a permanent basis. This part-time vacancy will be working 15 hours per week. On offer is a salary of 8127.60 depending on skills and experience.

Shift times 

Monday to Friday 15:00 to 18:00

What will you deliver?

As the on-site Cleaner, you’ll keep the building clean and tidy to the highest standard of hygiene, health and safety whilst maintaining a professional manner with all members of staff and general public.

General Cleaner

Equans is looking for Cleaners to join our team in Leeds on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40  hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary,  and benefits package.

This role will be cleaning communal areas at Flaxton House.

What will you deliver?

  • Provide a planned and reactive cleaning service
  • Ensure that all areas are kept to high standards of hygiene, health and safety and presentation
  • Take a proactive role in reporting any maintenance issues encountered that may arise, taking action to address directly where appropriate / possible
