We are looking for a Facilities Engineer with experience in Electrical & Mechanical engineering to join our team in Woking working on our contract with WWF at The Living Planet Centre. You will be responsible for all PPM & reactive tasks at The Centre and the smooth running of the facility.

What will you deliver?
- Carry out maintenance and repairs, Mechanical and Electrical services, associated systems, plant and equipment
- Monitoring BMS and responding to alarms
- Be a first call response for all multi skilled tasks
- Carry out a range of plumbing tasks e.g. tap and toilet repairs
- Carry out a range of multi skilled tasks e.g. painting, patch repairs to plaster and building fabric
- Carry out installation works involved in minor upgrade and adaptation works

Planner - Project Beverentunnel
Voor het renovatieproject van de Beverentunnel gelegen op de R2, het noordelijke deel van de Antwerpse ring in het havengebied, zoeken wij een Planner.
Je staat binnen deze totaalrenovatie in voor zowel de korte- als langetermijnplanning en organisatie.
Wat houdt deze job precies in?
- je stelt in nauwe samenwerking met de Project Manager een langetermijnplanning op voor de volledige scope van Equans. Hierbij houd je rekening met alle mogelijke randvoorwaarden (beschikbaarheid ruimte, tijd, ressources ...)
- je beheert deze planning doorheen het project en houdt deze, in samenspraak met de Project Manager en coördinatoren, steeds up-to-date
- je staat in voor de integratie in de globale projectplanning. Dit doe je in nauwe samenwerking met onze partners
- je beheert tijdens de constructiefase een Last Planner Systeem samen met de partners
- je vertaalt onze langetermijndoelen in concrete werkpaketten en volgt hun voortgang dagelijks mee op
- je rapporteert aan de Project Manager en fungeert dagdagelijks als zijn/haar rechterhand
Wat heb je nodig om ons team te vervoegen?
- je bent bachelor of industrieel ingenieur elektriciteit of elektromechanica
- je hebt minimum een 5-tal jaar relevante werkervaring waardoor je een goed beeld hebt op het reilen en zeilen binnen een constructieproject
- naast Microsoft Project kan je werken met de meest gebruikte andere Office-programma’s zoals Word en Excel. Een meer geavanceerde ICT-kennis (SharePoint, VBA, PowerShell, Python) wordt zeker geapprecieerd
- je bent zeer gedreven, hands-on en pragmatisch ingesteld
- je hebt een autonome manier van werken in een teamgeoriënteerde organisatie

Day Supervisor
Equans is looking for a Day Supervisor to join our team on our AstraZeneca contract in Macclesfield on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, between the hours of 7am - 3pm, Monday - Friday. On offer is a salary of between £39,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent upon skills and experience and benefits package.
The Day Supervisor will be responsible for carrying out, or assisting others in carrying out, maintenance, fault finding, repair, de-commissioning and re-commissioning on a wide range Electrical, Mechanical and Control and Instrumentation equipment at the Site CHP plant and associated remote sites, ensuring that all equipment is correctly operated and maintained to maximise plant operation efficiency and the safety of personnel at all times.
What will you deliver?
- Lead, manage and mentor all direct reports ensuring adequate training and development to maintain skill set, competency and succession
- Reporting to the EQUANS Operations Manager, the Day Supervisor shall undertake the role with minimum supervision, maintaining a flexible approach, focussing on the needs of the Client and effectively following the quality processes and procedures put in place, including pro-actively identifying areas for improvement
- Carry out, or support others when carrying out, diagnosis and fault repairs on Electrical, Mechanical and Control and Instrumentation plant and equipment
- Carry out, or support others when carrying out, preventative, predictive and emergency maintenance work in order to meet plant reliability and performance targets
- Use SAP reports to develop a range of maintenance team schedules that allow efficient use of resources to complete both planned and unplanned activities in a prioritised manner

HV/LV Engineer
EQUANS is looking for a HV/LV Engineer to join our team at Bettersea Power Station, London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
What will you deliver?
- Carry out the defined planned maintenance regime for all contractual obligations within the energy centers and the network substastions.
- Oversee and carry out HV / LV related activities including switching and the management of the SSOW on site

- Liase and work alongside the company appointed HV maintenance provider under the agreed COMA.

Power Plant Controller
Equans is looking for a Power Plant Controller to join our team on our AstraZeneca contract in Macclesfield on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 48 hours per week. This is based on a shift pattern of two 12 hour days and two 12 hour night shifts, followed by six days off.

- Carry out routine power plant tasks, ensuring that all equipment within the PPC (Power Plant Controller) control room and Site Battery Limits of the Contract is correctly operated, maximising plant operational efficiency and the safety of all personnel at all times
- Support others in fault diagnosis and repairs as necessary always ensuring a high level of General Safety
- Carry out Site HSE & GMP inductions for new starters, visitors and contractors

- Responsible for assisting the coordination of minor installations work and ensuring maintenance of site electro-mechanical systems including Compressed Air, Steam, Pressure, Water and Gas, ensuring that all equipment within responsibility and control is correctly operated, maintained and repaired to maximise plant operational efficiency and ensure the safety of oneself and others at all times
- Assist the Plant Engineer in implementing SHEQ policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and a positive, pro-active approach to SHEQ, always identifying areas for improvement
- Provide assessment and management of the reliability of plant operations that could impact the ability to provide site utility services. Helps evaluate current processes and highlight any failures or issues
- Support others in fault diagnosis and repairs as necessary always ensuring a high level of General Safety

Who are we looking for?
- Knowledge and preferably proven experience and delivery of process plant operations, engineering, and maintenance
- Extensive knowledge of data collection methods relating to plant reliability
- Degree/ or equivalent experience in relevant Engineering discipline
- A formal health and safety related qualification e.g. IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
- Additional relevant qualifications as dictated by Site / Contract requirements to include Crane Supervisor, Lifting and Slinging Supervisor, Hot Working and Manual Handling Assessor, Scaffold Inspector
- Boiler Operation Accreditation Scheme (BOAS) trained (desirable)
- Professional membership (desirable)
- Good fault finding and diagnostic skills
- Good IT Skills having experience in operating a range of Systems including Microsoft Office Suite and Maintenance Management System

District Heating Engineer
Equans is looking for a District Heating Engineer to join our team at Battersea Power Station, London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
The District Heating Engineer will be a key role in carrying out operations, maintenance, testing and inspection of district heating assets on site. This will include gas boiler systems, chillers and water distribution systems across the site.

En quoi consiste ce job ?
- vous monitorez le vieillissement et la fiabilité des composants en utilisant des indicateurs de performance
- vous résolvez les problématiques mises en évidence dans le monitoring de vieillissement et de fiabilité
- vous développez et maintenez l’expertise technique des familles/sous-familles de composants qui vous sont attribuées
- vous définissez les stratégies de maintenance de ces composants et gérez le cycle de vie du programme de maintenance préventive, et veillez à la traduction et au maintien des requis règlementaires dans les plans de maintenance et procédures
- vous veillez à la traduction et au maintien des requis liés à la qualification des équipements dans les plans de maintenance et procédures. Vous validez les notes de recommandations
- vous identifiez et anticipez les problèmes d’obsolescence d'équipements. Vous participez au triangle d’expertise et contribuez à la définition de la stratégie de résolution de ces problèmes : analyses d’équivalences, commercial grade dédication, reverse engineering…)
- vous analysez les causes des reworks sur les composants et proposez des actions pour en éviter la récurrence
- vous participerez activement à la PSR et au LTO de Tihange 3 en collaborant avec l’équipe mise en place
Vous êtes Ingénieur industriel ou civil en mécanique, électricité, électromécanique, fiabilité industrielle, ou équivalent qui :
- a 5 ans d'expérience en milieu industriel de moyenne/grande envergure, ou un peu moins d’expérience avec beaucoup de motivation
- aime analyser en profondeur les dossiers techniques
- maitrise la suite Office 365 (Word, Excel, Access). La connaissance d’un ERP (SAP) est un plus
- est pragmatique, orienté « résultats » et qui travaille en équipe
- a une bonne aisance relationnelle
- est rigoureux et organisé
- a un bon esprit analytique et de synthèse
- n’hésite pas à solliciter le coaching d’un collègue en cas de besoin
- a de bonnes connaissances en anglais (documentation technique)
- a idéalement une expérience en centrale nucléaire, et une connaissance du néerlandais

Vous serez en charge des études de sureté de fonctionnement pour nos activités d’installations en génie climatique et électrique :
Vos missions :
- Réaliser les études de fiabilité, maintenabilité et disponibilité (FMD) pour nos clients industriels (Nucléaire, Transport, Hydrogène),
- Réaliser les études d’analyse de risque industriel (étude SIL, dossier directive machine, contribution dossier sureté nucléaire)
- Être en lien avec nos clients et nos équipes opérationnelles,
- Prendre part aux études de soutien logistique intégré réalisées en parallèle des études de sureté de fonctionnement,
- Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus en adaptant les méthodes et outils aux besoins (Base de données fiabilité, modélisation, méthodologie de calcul …),
- Participer au développement de nos activités en contribuant à la création de nouvelles offres (Analyse d’opportunité, business plan, process et livrables …).
Vos études participent à l’optimisation de la sureté des installations et assure la maitrise du coût global des infrastructures énergétiques. Vous apportez une valeur ajoutée forte à la maitrise d’ouvrage, au cœur des enjeux d’aujourd’hui.
Votre profil :
De formation Ingénieur Bac+5 (Ecole d’Ingénieur ou Master Universitaire), vous avez une première expérience en sureté de fonctionnement ou soutien logistique intégré.
Votre bon relationnel, votre capacité à travailler en équipe et à défendre vos positions, votre goût pour l’innovation sont des atouts majeurs pour réussir à ce poste.
Vous souhaitez développer des compétences en sureté de fonctionnement dans le domaine du nucléaire.
