Mobile Gas Engineer

EQUANS is looking for a Mobile Gas Engineer to join our team covering 2 sites in Chelsea & Sutton, London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is competitive salary and benefits package. 

 

What will you deliver? 

  • Ensure all PPM’s is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification
  • Ensure that all relevant paperwork is completed regarding PPM, reactive and breakdown works
  • Reactive tasks throughout the sites are completed and be proactive in highlighting areas where improvements can be made
  • Plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order
  • Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. To provide parts lists and estimated timescales to carry out remedial works
  • Complete Method Statements and Risk Assessments and used for all tasks undertaken
  • Undertake mandatory training and skill related training as required by the business

Who are we looking for? 

 

  • Appropriate Combustion/Gas/Oil Qualifications essential
  • A recognised industry qualification will be required, and previous experience is essential
  • ACS Commercial and Domestic Gas Qualifications – CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, CPA1, COCN1, CORT1, CIGA1, ICPN1, CDGA1, TPCP1, COCNGLP1PD
  • Must have a full clean drivers’ licence
  • Legionella awareness (preferable – can provide training)
  • Asbestos awareness (preferable but not essential)

Mobile Building Engineer

What will you deliver?

Als Engineer Werktuigbouwkunde Utiliteit ben je verantwoordelijk voor de engineering van modificaties bij onze klanten in de regio Noord Holland. Je werkt met grote namen zoals Schiphol, KLM, WTC, TATA Steel & AUMC / VU. Je stelt haalbaarheidsstudies en kostprijscalculaties op, ontwerpt concepten en verzorgt zowel basic- als detailengineering op het gebied van werktuigbouwkunde.

Aangezien je op de afdeling modificaties werkt, zul je te maken krijgen met meerdere kleinere projecten tegelijkertijd. Dit biedt de dynamiek waar je naar op zoek bent! Binnen de afdeling streven we naar een hoger niveau van engineering en we verwachten dat je actief meedenkt en bijdraagt aan dit streven.

Je bent in deze functie verantwoordelijk voor:

  • het ontwerpen van VO tot en met UO, regelmatig met eigen ontwerpverantwoordelijkheid
  • coördineren met teamleden van andere disciplines
  • optimaliseren van ontwerpen samen met uitvoering
  • bepalen van materialisatie samen met de werkvoorbereiding
  • laten modelleren of vertekenen van jouw ontwerp
  • ontwikkelen van technische standaarden en best practices

  • Working directly to the Electrical Supervisor, the post holder will have the required skills to ensure the safe and continuous operation of mechanical, electrical engineering services and building plant as part of a flexible maintenance team, including specialist subcontractors to deliver work to the highest of standards for our clients.
  • The main responsibilities include efficiently and effectively performing electrical maintenance of all relevant assets. Work will be assigned from a planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule or in response to a reactive work order raised by our client representatives or our own personnel on site. All planned and reactive tasks will be managed through to completion, including fault diagnosis and sourcing parts where applicable. Must be able to demonstrate that awareness of best working practices and that these are always followed. Additional duties to include, working and managing backlog works, assisting when required for specialist projects.
  • Working as part of a wider M&E team, there may be a requirement to undertake other tasks that may not be specifically related to electrical systems.

Who are we looking for?

  • Must have successfully completed a recognised electrical apprenticeship and have a proven experience in a similar role carrying out electrical maintenance duties.
  • Hospital maintenance experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Be competent to undertake/assist work on the type of building service systems and equipment for which the appointment is sought.
  • Be familiar with the type of systems and equipment on which work is required to be undertaken.
  • Possess technical knowledge and sufficient experience to avoid any danger that may be presented by the work to be undertaken.
  • Have an adequate knowledge of and within the preceding three years have received training in first aid (including CPR Training). If not held, training will be given.
  • Desirable but not essential to have some knowledge of all the relevant Scottish Health Technical Memoranda (SHTM) and to work within Permit to Work procedures as appropriate SHTM 06 - 01, BSRIA, L8, pressure systems Regulations 2000, etc).
  • Must be able to obtain a Disclosure Scotland at a Basic Level

Commercial Gas Engineer

Equans is recruiting for a Commercial Gas Engineer. The role will be based from Bellshill but you will be required to provide cover for sites in Perth, Dundee & Inverness. This is a permanent full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package.

What will you deliver?

  • Ensure all PPM is carried out in accordance with the maintenance specification and documented in real time.
  • Carry out reactive tasks throughout the sites
  • Complete all relevant paperwork for PPM, reactive and breakdown works
  • Update customers CAFM system in real time
  • Ensure that plant faults and defects are swiftly remedied to maintain plant in serviceable order. 
  • Ensure that suitable spares are available to carry out both maintenance and reactive works. 
  • Undertake Point of Work Risk Assessment prior to starting work
  • Supervising and monitoring of sub-contractors works whilst they are on site undertaking maintenance.
  • Participate in the teams oncall rota and be available for overtime

Als Junior Cost Engineer Werktuigbouwkunde werk je mee aan diverse werktuigbouwkundige projecten die variëren van €50k tot ca. €2 miljoen binnen de utiliteit in de regio Zuid-Holland. Deze projecten maak je van A tot Z mee, waarin jouw ontwikkeling centraal staat! Bij alles wat je doet haal jij het beste uit jezelf.

  • je leert, onder toezicht, om calculaties en begrotingen uit te werken, eventueel met een stukje voorontwerp
  • naast de ‘gewone’ bestekcalculaties denk je ook met de klant mee en wordt er soms van je verwacht zelf met een werk omschrijving te komen voor de klant om die vervolgens af te prijzen
  • je werkt grotendeels vanuit onze vestiging in Den Haag of Rotterdam, maar om een goed beeld te krijgen van wat onze klanten wensen en de optimale oplossing aan te kunnen bieden bezoek je ook regelmatig de verschillende klant- en projectlocaties

Met jouw inzet versterk je een calculatie-team van 4 collega’s. Bestaande uit een één Cost Engineer Elektrotechniek, twee Cost Engineers Werktuigbouwkunde en Erwin (Teamleider). Je bent in dit team onderdeel van de modificatie afdeling, welke meer dan bereid zijn om elkaar te helpen! De technische kennis is aanwezig, en het plezier uiteraard ook. Samen zijn we Equans.

Axima Réfrigération France, recherche son futur Chargé d’Affaires Mécanique / Froid (H/F), rattaché(e) à l’agence de Montauban de Bretagne.

Rattaché au Responsable Cellule Mécanique, vos missions seront les suivantes :

  1. Assurer la prise en charge de l’affaire
  • Analyser les besoins de l’agence, les données techniques et économiques pour la réalisation de l’affaire
  • Analyser les choix techniques et définir les équipements, les matériaux en fonction des contraintes de la réglementation, du terrain, du coût, du contrat
  1. Assurer la gestion administrative, réglementaire et organisationnelle de l’affaire
  • Effectuer le suivi technique des dossiers en cours (suivi des achats, rédaction des rapports techniques, aide aux chiffrages …) et les transmettre aux acteurs concernés
  • Anticiper les éventuelles dérives et mettre en œuvre un plan d’action en lien avec la hiérarchie et jalonner avec traçabilité (rapports/courriers) les écarts constatés dans le déroulement de l’affaire
  • S’assurer de l’enregistrement et du traitement des non-conformités (RMA)
  1. Organiser et coordonner la réalisation opérationnelle de l’affaire d’un point de vue humain, technique et matériel

Idéalement issu d’une formation spécialisée en Réfrigération ou Mécaique avec des connaissances en froid (Bac à Bac +3, tel que Bac Pro TFCA, IFFI, BTS FED…), vous possédez 5 années d’expérience minimum en gestion d'affaires ou dans une fonction similaire.

Doté d'une réelle aisance relationnelle, vous savez convaincre, mobiliser et coordonner une équipe.
