Votre challenge à nos côtés : 

Aux côtés du Responsable Communication évènementielle, vous avez pour mission d’organiser et de coordonner les participations aux différents salons professionnels et évènements privés auxquels EQUANS France participe et ainsi contribuer au rayonnement de la marque.

Enjeux et missions du poste :

• Animer et coordonner la gestion des évènements auprès de nos clients internes : recueil des besoins, définition du budget, réalisation du plan de communication associé, suivi de projet,
• Sélectionner et superviser les prestataires multiples,
• Être garant du respect du planning,
• Gérer le budget associé,
• Produire du contenu de type vidéos,
• Collaborer avec le Marketing Digital pour assurer la promotion de nos évènements,
• Être présent la veille et le Jour J afin de s’assurer du bon déroulement de l’évènement.

Profil recherché :

Issu(e) d’une formation Bac+3 en communication (idéalement évènementielle), vous disposez

d’une première expérience dans le domaine.

Vos atouts :

• Véritable couteau suisse, vous êtes curieux, organisé et avez un bon sens relationnel,
• Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément en appréciant les degrés de priorité de chacun ne vous fait pas peur,

Employee Engagement Coordinator

Equans is looking for a Employee Engagement Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis. This role can be worked from any Equans office with occasional travel. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

The role holder will work with multiple key stakeholders, including senior management teams and employees, to coordinate and deliver a range of Employee Engagement activities across the country.

What will you deliver?

• Support the delivery of the Employee Engagement plan within the Technical Services and Digital and Energy Services Division.
• Collect, organise, cleanse, and maintain data to support the annual employee engagement survey and coordinate survey champions for a population of 10,500 people.
• Understand the divisional and operational requirements and objectives and action and deliver all employee engagement related elements in the timescales required.
• To coordinate weekly communications and engagement pack and communicate meeting tight deadlines.
• To coordinate our divisional Excellence Awards and work with HR teams and personal Assistants to the MDs to ensure the data is accurate and kept up to date and the process is being followed.
• Support the employee engagement manager and where required, attend conferences and events, and support the divisional operational teams with onsite breakfast clubs and EXPOs.
• Develop and maintain effective networks with all relevant contracts and teams to ensure the Employee Engagement Plan is delivered in the most effective way.
• Manage and maintain distribution lists for the division, ensure that starters and leavers are added and removed monthly.
• Maintenance and coordination of divisional internal intranet pages.

L’équipe recherche un(e) chef(fe) de projet communication pour mener toutes les actions qui pourront éveiller, attirer, bousculer et engager. Une convention en juin pour 500 personnes, une journée famille à la rentrée, une réunion managers trimestrielle en digital, un stand sur le prochain salon Talents for the planet, une marche solidaire entre les pays, … ce qui porte la communication Groupe Equans : rassembler autour d’un projet commun grâce des ingrédients tels que la RSE, la marque employeur, la communication interne, l’évènementiel, le storytelling.

Social Value Officer (12 Months FTC)

EQUANS are recruiting for a Social Value Officer on a fixed term basis to be based in Birmingham. This is a temporary full-time role working Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary, company car and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

• Maintain a strong understanding of the Social Value commitments on contract/s, progress against these commitments and alignment to the clients’ Strategic Objectives

Marketing & Communication Lead

Wat als de marketing- en communicatiestrategie van Equans in jouw handen lag?

Gevestigd in Brussel, is Equans een jong merk dat het licht zag in 2021, maar dat steunt op meer dan 70 jaar ervaring in multitechnische installaties en onderhoudsdiensten. In het kader van deze recente rebranding, willen we een duidelijke marketing en communicatiestrategie opzetten en uitwerken om het nieuwe merk op de B2B markt te positioneren.

Op basis van de commerciële strategie en prioriteiten voor elk klantensegment, moet een aangepast marketing communicatieplan voorbereid en uitgevoerd worden. We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste MarComm’er die deze uitdaging samen met ons team wil aangaan.

Social Value Officer (9 Months FTC)

EQUANS are recruiting for a Social Value Officer on a fixed term basis to be based in Birmingham. This is a temporary full-time role working Monday to Friday. On offer is a competitive salary, company car and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

• Maintain a strong understanding of the Social Value commitments on contract/s, progress against these commitments and alignment to the clients’ Strategic Objectives
• Ensure delivery on social value commitments to meet required deadlines (e.g., Site visits, work experience, workshops, employment and skills support, volunteering projects etc)
• Ensure up-to-date, accurate data is recorded on contract Activity Tracker/s to enable production of internal and external reports by the Social Value Manager and support the continued development of localised Social Value Strategies and Engagement Plans
• Maintain effective networks of external stakeholders and community partners to promote partnership working which will address contractual Social Value commitments in the most effective way
• Complete case studies, social media, and content for newsletters to communicate activities within the business and externally
• Where required, represent the company on local focus groups to identify and support opportunities/projects which will address contractual commitments
• Attend and promote the company at employment and careers events
• To coordinate the full recruitment process for apprentices, graduates, and trainees (TAGs) to meet the needs of EQUANS
• Identifying risks and issues to the Social Value Manager as and when they arise
• To ensure all apprentices are registered for the appropriate qualifications with training provider/college

Om onze projecten tot een goed einde te brengen zoeken we ieder jaar meer dan 800 nieuwe collega’s, zowel arbeiders als bedienden, voornamelijk met een technische achtergrond.

Binnen deze context willen we een duidelijke Employer Branding strategie opzetten en uitwerken om het nieuwe merk op de arbeidsmarkt te positioneren en kandidaten aan te trekken. We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste Employer Branding specialist die deze uitdaging samen met ons team wil aangaan.

Hoe zal jouw dag eruit zien?  

• op basis van ons employer brand framework bouw je de Equans employer brand awareness op
• EVP’s kennen voor jou geen geheimen, je bent in staat ze toe te passen op bestaande en nieuw te creëren Employer Branding tools en materiaal
• je bepaalt de ideale candidate experience, gaat samen met Recruitment aan de slag om deze in het huidige proces te verbeteren en te personaliseren naar onze huidige brand
• je beheert de globale corporate communicatie-strategie met een lokale employer branding in België
• je werkt in het communicatieteam mee aan de realisatie van de globale doelstellingen
• je implementeert het globale mediaplan en evalueert nieuwe voorstellen van de mediapartners en regie samen met recruitment
• je zet ad hoc media-campagnes op en volgt ze op van A tot Z;van het schrijven van briefings, de coördinatie met de creatieve- en media-agentschappen tot het communiceren van de resultaten
• je coördineert de creatie van specifieke content en supports zoals video’s, banners, foto’s en artikels voor onze verschillende key jobprofielen
• je onderhoudt en waakt over de branding van de verschillende job websites, jobboards en social mediaplatformen
• je geeft ondersteuning waar nodig bij de jobdays, jobbeurzen en andere events
• je levert goodies, standen, roll-ups, advertenties, logo’s aan gelinkt aan concrete acties zoals jobfairs
• je helpt bij concrete vragen van HR en recruitment
• je geeft ondersteuning aan het employer ambassador netwerk en in het bijzonder het activeren van de eigen medewerkers om mee te helpen de geschikte talenten te vinden
• je helpt mee de onboarding te realiseren van de nieuwe hires
• je onderhoudt goede relaties met de recruitment ploeg en de externe partners en neemt deel aan wekelijkse status-meetings

Met volgende competenties & talenten kan jij als Employer Branding Manager het verschil maken bij Equans: 

• je bezit minstens een bachelor diploma in Communicatie of Marketing
