Multi Site Caretaker
Equans is looking for a Multi Site Caretaker to join our team across all Rotherham Schools, on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £22,766 per annum.
Shift Pattern: Mon - Fri 8hr sfits between 6:00am - 22:00pm
What will you deliver?
- The role provides support across several education and leisure facilities where EQUANS provide services such as: maintenance; cleaning; porterage; and maintenance of the external site, including preparations for seasonal changes to the outside areas.
- This role expects you to be a key holder and to deliver the full range of caretaking, maintenance, and ad-hoc cleaning duties, with responsibility of securing the site. You should have a keen eye for detail and be able to demonstrate a practical knowledge of DIY skills.

Highway Road Worker
Equans is looking for a Highway Road Worker to join our team in our North East Lincolnshire Partnership in Grimsby on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary between £21,700 to £26,463 depending on experience, and benefits package.
The individual will be part of a team that has responsibility for the maintenance of the highway to ensure it is safe for all users of the network and the wider community, having regard to core objectives of safety, serviceability and sustainability.
What will you deliver?
The role will focus on the following requirements:
- Erection and removal of traffic management in accordance with the Safety at Streetworks and Roadworks Code of Practice.
- Driving of highway vehicles and tippers, subject to license, training and competency.
- The safe operation of powered plant and equipment, subject to license, training and competency, such as compaction equipment, masonry cutters, floor saws, breakers, pedestrian operated rollers and all ancillary equipment and tools appropriate to highway operations. Driving of specialist ride on plant, including telescopic handlers and forklift trucks, subject to license, training and competency.
- Mixing, laying, levelling, spreading, compaction of bituminous materials, mortars, cements and concretes.ng of precast concrete kerbs, slabs, concrete block or sett paving.
- Erection, fixing, cleaning and dismantling of highway street furniture including traffic sign posts, non-illuminated signs, guard railing, fencing and nameplates.
- The reconstruction of inspection chambers, catchpits and road gullies and adjustment of gratings, covers and ironwork.
- Accurate completion of records including time sheets, daily work records, vehicle inspection sheets, drivers hours records.
- Be available for emergency attendance and standby, subject to license, training and competency, including civil emergencies, flooding, road traffic accidents, damage to the public highway and winter service.
- Operate within the policies, systems and business plans of Asset Management and the Equans.
- To delivery all works with compliance to Equans Safety, Health, Environmental & Quality (SHEQ) standards and policies in line with ISO 18001 (Health & Safety), 14001 (Environmental) & ISO 9001 (Quality).
- Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably expected of a Highway Roadworker.

Equans Fire Safety & Security verzorgt de installatie, modificatie en het onderhoud van gebouw gebonden (brand)veiligheidsinstallaties. Dit doen we ook voor sprinklerinstallaties bij o.a. onderwijsinstellingen, industriële complexen, luchthavens, kantoorgebouwen, scholen en distributiecentra. Het is een sterk groeiende en dynamische afdeling, waarbij we continu bezig zijn met verbeteren en uitbreiden. Ook hebben we een hecht team wat voor elkaar door het vuur gaat!

The Cleaner will provide a clean, safe and hygienic environment for the public, staff and visitors
of the Birmingham schools. Endeavouring at all times to ensure a high quality service while

1. To undertake cleaning tasks, both planned and reactive, throughout the building to the required standard using correct cleaning materials, equipment and methods.
2. Undertake the damp dusting of furniture, fixtures and fittings.

Who are we looking for?
• Previous experience as a cleaner

• Good knowledge of Health & Safety / Cleaning requirements
For this role you must undergo BPSS level vetting. Part of this includes DBS clearance therefore ability to pass is essential

Sommaire du poste
Sous l'autorité du Gestionnaire, la personne titulaire effectue les tâches inhérentes à la réception, au service à la clientèle, ainsi que différentes tâches reliées au travail de bureau (secrétariat et informatique) et de support à l’opération électromécanique du bâtiment.
Description
- Accueil des clients de l’immeuble en personne et au téléphone;
- Classements des documents;
- Réservation des salles de réunions;
- Gestion du système d’accès et création des cartes;
- Surveillance du système de sécurité;
- Communication interne avec les locataires;
- Suivi de facturation;
- Recevoir, dépouiller et distribuer le courrier;
- Tenir à jour les listes téléphoniques internes et externes;
- Montage de propositions de service;
- Faire la rédaction de lettres et documents et exécuter différentes tâches d'ordre clérical (classement, photocopies, papeterie, ouverture de dossiers, etc.);
- Élaborer et monter divers tableaux et formulaires requis pour le fonctionnement du service à l'aide de différents logiciels (surtout sur Microsoft Excel);
- Mise au propre des différents formulaires et tableaux pour les clients;
- Assurer le suivi des appels de service d'opération et distribuer aux personnes responsables;
- Entre les données pour les feuilles de temps du personnel d’exploitation;
- Communiquer avec des fournisseurs pour l’obtention de soumissions;
- Effectuer les commandes de matériel réquisitionné par son supérieur immédiat;
- S’assurer que tous les documents techniques (rapport de balancement, devis, dessin d’atelier, plan et autres) soient disponibles et facilement retraçables et classés dans le logiciel de Planon et sur le réseau;
- Entrée de données pour le système d’entretien préventif;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe demandée par son supérieur immédiat.
Exigences
- Être autorisé à travailler au Canada;
- Suite Office (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) ;
- Diplôme d’études secondaires ou expériences équivalentes;
- Apte à se qualifier à un examen de maîtrise des outils informatiques (Word, Excel).

Sommaire du poste
Sous l'autorité du gestionnaire le titulaire du poste est responsable doit voir au bon déroulement des activités relatives à la maintenance, à l’entretien, et à la réparation de ceux-ci dans les édifices sous gestion et plus particulièrement les demandes des locataires
Responsabilités
- Effectuer les rondes d’inspection;
- Répondre aux appels de service des locataires
- Assister le MMF pour effectuer les réparations mécaniques sur les équipements, telles que: faire les alignements, lubrifier les paliers, remplacer les joints d'étanchéité, changer les courroies et poulies;
- Répondre au besoin aux appels d’urgence en dehors des heures normales de travail;
- Assurer l'entretien préventif des équipements selon la GMAO;
- Faire le suivi sur les travaux de mécanique donnés en sous-traitance et accompagner les entrepreneurs;
- Entretenir les ateliers et les salles mécaniques incluant le nettoyage et la peinture;
- Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe à la demande du supérieur immédiat.
Exigences
- Être autorisé à travailler au Canada;
- Apte à se qualifier à une enquête de sécurité au niveau requis;
- D.E.P. en entretien général d’immeubles ou l’équivalent;
- Apte à se qualifier à un examen de connaissances techniques;
- Un (1) an d’expérience en entretien general d'immeuble;
- Posséder de bonnes connaissances relativement à la sécurité lors des travaux dans les bâtiments;
- Approche client bien développée;
- Dynamisme, esprit d'équipe;

Cleaning Supervisor
Equans is looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Basildon Magistrates Court, SS14 1EH on a permanent basis. This is a part-time role working 2.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary and benefits package.
Shift Pattern: shift 06:30 to 07:00 Monday to Friday
What will you deliver?
- To supervise the site cleaning teams to ensure a high standard of cleanliness is maintained.
- Act as ‘hands on’ lead and front line supervisor for the cleaning team to deliver a quality service.
- Respond in a timely manner to any issues with the delivery of routine and non-routine cleaning services. Provide cover and undertake remedial cleaning tasks as necessary.
- Complete and submit timesheets for the cleaning team, manage/approve cleaning team holidays.
- Ensure cleaning materials and power cleaning equipment are operated in a safe and economic manner, and in accordance with their instructions for use.
