FLT Driver and Waste Operative

Equans is looking for Multiple FLT Driver and Waste Operatives to join our team in Coca-Cola,DA14 5DF on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 43 hours per week. On offer is a Salary of  £14.10 per hour.

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday 07:00-15:00
3in 1 Saturday and 3in 1 Sunday

What will you deliver?

  • Responsible for all basic Health and Safety rules, FLT pre -inspection checks and Balers pre – inspection checks.
  • Reporting any near miss, incident, and accident. 
  • Loading and unloading vehicles. 
  • Operating plastic and cardboard balers. 
  • Collecting waste from various waste stations in the CCEP factory. 
  • Processing waste and correctly segregating waste.
  • Correctly storing waste in the designated holding areas and keeping the area tidy. 
  • Transporting Staff drinks from the Process yard to the Dusmo.
  • Keeping the FLT track clean. 
  • Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to our client. 
  • Assisting with other duties inside the factory, when need it.

EQUANS are recruiting for a Cleaner to be based in Coca-Cola East Kilbride, Glasgow, G74 5DJ. This is a permanent, Full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a salary of £10.42 per hour.

Job Role;

To conduct a varied number of cleaning tasks consisting of specified areas within the Warehouse as directed by the cleaning supervisor/cleaning manager.

Au sein de notre centre de travaux de Génie Technique Bâtimentaire, nous assurons la conception et la réalisation de projets d’installations électriques : CFO, CFA, Sûreté, Vidéo, SSI, en Tertiaire (90%) et Industrie.

VOTRE MISSION :

Intermédiaire indispensable pour faciliter le déroulement du chantier entre les locataires des appartements à rénover et notre Conducteur de travaux, vous êtes affecté(e) sur notre site de La Roche-sur-Yon.

Au sein d’une équipe dédiée à ce marché et sous la responsabilité du Chef de Centre, vos missions s’articuleront sur 2 axes principaux :

  • Vous aurez en charge les relations locataires déterminant l’organisation des équipes : accueil téléphonique, prise de rendez-vous, gestion des planning d’intervention des techniciens, suivi des réclamations jusqu’à la facturation des interventions programmées pour notre marché de travaux de rénovation en site occupé.
  • Vous serez également amené à intervenir sur des activités Administration des ventes (selon les compétences : de l’enregistrement des commandes jusqu’à l’encaissement – caution, contrat de ST, relance client)

Vous pourrez également être sollicité(e) sur des projets annexes en fonction du développement commercial de l’activité.

VOTRE PROFIL :

De formation BAC à BAC+3, vous possédez au moins un an d’expérience en Assistanat commercial.

Votre intelligence relationnelle, votre sens de l’écoute et votre assertivité mêlés à une autorité naturelle vous permettent de développer une bonne relation avec des clients.

Vous êtes doté(e) d’un bon esprit d’analyse et de service, et faites preuve d’une grande rigueur et réactivité au quotidien.

Vous êtes capable d’appréhender le déroulement / la mise en œuvre des différentes phases du chantier pour veiller au respect du planning global.

A l’aise avec les outils informatiques en général, vous avez idéalement déjà utilisé un outil de facturation.

EQUANS is recruiting for a Caretaker to be based in Unity College, Burnley, BB11 3DF. This is a permanent full-time role working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a salary banding of £21,489.00 per annum.

Shifts

ROTATIONAL SHIFT PATTERN of 05.30-13.30 and 11.00-19.00

What will you deliver?

Responsible for the day to day management of the school premises with respect to caretaking services, together with establishing a close working relationship with the school and community groups. Ensure that all services are provided to a consistently high standard. Assist the Area Supervisor in meeting the requirements of the Project Agreement.

Sales Engineer

Equans zoekt een gedreven Sales Engineer (regio Antwerpen) voor de sectie Machine Construction binnen de divisie Product Shops & Related Services.

  • account management – management of prospects & tenders:
    • management van bestaande accounts binnen de eigen area en portfolio (analyse huidige & toekomstige noden, problem solving, promotie van diensten & services, assistentie bij contractvoering)
    • selectie & follow-up van potentiële nieuwe accounts met het correcte risicoprofiel, in lijn met de strategie & doelstelling van de sectie Machine Constructions en het bovenliggende departement Engineered Constructions
    • opmaken en beheren van prekwalificatiedossiers, RFI’s, kandidatuurstelling …
  • business development & networking:
    • Business Intelligence (BI): analyse & monitoring van de markt en concurrentieel landschap
    • ondersteunen van de commerciële strategie, marktontwikkeling, prospectie en promotionele activiteiten binnen gedefinieerde scope op niveau van de sectie/geografische area/techniek
    • opvolgen en detecteren van opportuniteiten die leiden tot aankomende investeringen bij nieuwe en bestaande klanten, om zo de continuïteit van de afdeling blijvend te verzekeren
    • networking met klanten, partnerbedrijven, sectororganisaties en andere divisies, departementen of secties binnen Equans, met het oog op ontwikkelen van interne/externe synergiën
    • deelname aan marketingacties (evenementen, brochures, presentaties)
  • sales action & planning:
    • planning, opvolging en implementatie van de sales targets en objectieven in samenspraak met de Head of Sales & Business Development/Section Manager
    • assistentie van de Section Manager/Project Manager tijdens commerciële negotiaties
    • deelname aan de commerciële meetings
  • reporting:
    • opstellen van een wekelijks Sales Activity Report
    • opvolgen en gebruik van de CRM tool ‘Salesforce’, ter ondersteuning van de commerciële rapportage voor de sectie meetings, commercial meetings, business review meetings en langetermijnstrategie

Je rapporteert aan de Head of Sales & Business Development van de divisie PS/RS.

Wat heb je nodig?

  • master- of bachelordiploma (industrieel ingenieur/bachelor mechanica, elektriciteit, machinebouw …)
  • enkele jaren ervaring (min. 3-5 jaar) in een gelijkaardige functie
  • ervaring & track record in commercialisatie van projecten en (shutdown/turnaround) services in een industriële omgeving
  • kennis van de contractorwereld (in de Port of Antwerp area is een plus)
  • vertrouwd met industriële klanten binnen de petrochemie, oil & gas-, staal-, voedinsg-, pharma-, automobielindustrie …
  • sterk commercieel gedreven en betrokken
  • flexibel, stressbestendig en creatief denkvermogen
  • goede interpersoonlijke communicatie en hands-on mentaliteit  
  • teamplayer
  • vlot tweetalig (Nederlands, Engels) -  kennis van het Frans is een plus

 

Binnen het departement ‘Engineered Constructions’ staat de sectie ‘Machine Construction’ ten dienste van alle industriële klanten in Vlaanderen, en bij uitbreiding in de Benelux voor specifieke niche-activiteiten. Onze kernactiviteiten omvatten enerzijds alle types mechanische bewerkingen en anderzijds het ontwerp, de bouw en het onderhoud van mechanische en/of elektromechanische installaties en systemen. Onze dienstverlening is 100% maatwerk, waarbij wij ons tot een werkende totaaloplossing verbinden.

Onze specialisaties zijn:

  • engineered projects: one-stop-shop (van engineering tot project execution) voor custom en/of modulair design van H²O, zuurstof, methanol, incineratie of andere toepassingen
  • mechanical workshop: alle mechanische bewerkingen o.a. draaien, frezen … zowel conventioneel als CNC
  • specialized welding: on- & off site
  • skid & shelter: constructie

Voor al deze specialisaties maken wij gebruik van eigen werkplaatsen met state-of-the art machines en technologie. Het hoofdkantoor van de sectie ‘Machined Constructions’ is gevestigd te Zwijndrecht, Antwerpen linkeroever.

Equans is looking for a Painter to join our team in EDF Torness, East Lothian, EH42 1QS on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 37 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.
